Questo idilliaco cottage bifamiliare per 3 persone, circondato da vigneti e oliveti, offre un rifugio tranquillo in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. L'appartamento al piano terra è uno dei 7 di un agriturismo di charme, a breve distanza dalle gemme della Toscana: Firenze, Pisa e Siena. L'appartamento è composto da un ampio soggiorno a pianta aperta, arredato con un'attraente combinazione di pezzi contemporanei e antichi. Vi sono un divano, una TV a schermo piatto, una stufa a legna, un tavolo da pranzo e sedie. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. Ci sono due porte che conducono allo spazio esterno. Nella parte anteriore della casa, gli ospiti possono rilassarsi in un giardino privato con una terrazza, dotata di tavolo, sedie e ombrellone per mangiare all'aperto. I giardini comuni e la piscina sono ben curati. La piscina recintata è dotata di lettini che gli ospiti possono utilizzare dopo una nuotata rinfrescante. L'agriturismo offre anche un barbecue in comune, un forno a legna, una cucina all'aperto e una zona pranzo. C'è un'area salotto comune e ombreggiata, che include alcuni attrezzi da palestra, in modo che gli ospiti possano allenarsi ammirando il panorama. Nonostante il tranquillo ambiente rurale, l'agriturismo è a meno di 10 minuti dal centro di Castelfiorentino, dove gli ospiti possono trovare negozi, un supermercato e un mercato del sabato per i migliori prodotti locali, oltre ad abbigliamento e articoli per la casa. Firenze, la culla del Rinascimento, è a solo 1 ora di distanza e offre alcune delle più belle gallerie, musei e architetture del mondo. Così come le città di Siena (1 ora) e Pisa, con la sua Torre Pendente (1 ora). Altre città che meritano una visita sono San Gimignano (35 minuti), famosa per le sue numerose torri, e, per i fan di "Twilight", Volterra (45 minuti), un'affascinante città dalle radici etrusche. Nelle vicinanze si trovano splendidi percorsi escursionistici e ciclabili che vi faranno immergere nei boschi e nella splendida campagna toscana. Siamo rimasti molti contenti, l'agriturismo é stata la scelta migliore per noi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, c'era tutto per passare 5 giorni insieme e divertirci, spazi comuni dove passare tempo insieme ma ognuno aveva anche il proprio appartamento dove rilassarsi e avere il proprio spazio.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean and well-kept, and we really enjoyed the beautiful, typically Tuscan landscape. The pool was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. All kitchen appliances and showers worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Die Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist optimal. Wir hatten 40 Grad, der Pool und die Klimaanlage waren unentbehrlich.Die Lage ist sehr ländlich mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Im Apartment Brunello hat man totale Privatsphäre. Es ist sehr großzügig, man hat viel Platz. Unkompliziertes Einchecken.

Le cadre dans la nature au milieu des oliviers et des vignes , était merveilleux . En plus , le manège au fond du domaine , la salle de fitness étaient un plus . Francesco est super sympa et la patronne aussi . Ils sont toujours disponibles au moindre petit problème . Bravo pour l’accueil et votre gentillesse . Il aurait fallu un peu moins de poussières sur la vaisselle et un peu de toiles d'araignées mais c'est cela fait partie de la nature . Cela est donc pardonné . Le gros point négatif est le matelas . Il est trop vieux et les ressorts sont cassés . Il faut absolument changé ce matelas et tout sera alors parfait . Ce sera un petit paradis sur terre . Bien à vous .

The structure has very high potential: the location is beautiful, the apartments are nice, the pool is also very nice. The general managent and maintenance by Happy Rentals must to be improved: no local personal is regulary there and there is no daily check and maintenainance of oll the details (knife and spoon abandonated beside the pool, trash of the pool full for days, abandoned glass beside the trash in the barbecue area, furniture of the pool in a very bad state and not completly functional. The recycling is foreseen but difficult to actuate inside the apartments because there is no dedicated space in the kitchen and just a single trash. The possibility of riding is indicated on the online description, but this is not true anymore because the riding school is private. The sofa bed was not usable (bad and damaged structure)!

prima locatie als uitvalsbasis Toscane, Pisa, Lucca en Florence te ontdekken. zwembad heerlijk en uitzicht fantastisch, privacy prima. appartement inrichting wat minder (slecht bed, oude doorgezakte bank, vieze versleten tuinstoelen, geen waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat, wel vaatwasser).

Logement très bien situé dans la campagne Toscane, facile d'accès, au calme et fidèle aux photos. Cependant... Les murs sont fins donc on entend facilement le voisin (Et inversement), le ballon d'eau chaude est petit pour deux donc il faut calculer le temps des douches, le canapé est très inconfortable et la literie l'est tout autant. Pas de possibilité d'avoir du Wifi à l'intérieur (Bien que ça ne nous ait pas gêné). La cuisine est bien équipée et facile d'utilisation. Il manque juste une poubelle.

Pas de possibilité d'avoir du Wifi à l'intérieur (Bien que ça ne nous ait pas gêné). La cuisine est bien équipée et facile d'utilisation. Il manque juste une poubelle.
