This idyllic, semi-detached cottage for 3 people, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, offers a peaceful retreat at any time of year. The ground-floor apartment is one of 7 on a charming agriturismo, within easy reach of the gems of Tuscany; Florence, Pisa and Siena. The apartment consists of a large, open-plan living room, furnished with an attractive combination of contemporary and antique pieces. There is a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a wood-burning stove, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. There are two doors leading to the outside space. At the front of the house, guests can relax in a private garden with a terrace, which has a table, chairs and parasol for meals al fresco. The shared gardens and swimming pool are beautifully maintained. The fenced pool has sunloungers for guests to use after a refreshing swim. The agriturismo also offers a shared BBQ, wood-burning oven, outdoor kitchen and dining area. There is a shared, shaded sitting area, which includes some gym equipment, so guests can work out whilst admiring the view. Sleeping Bedroom: This delightful bedroom includes a traditional, wrought iron double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. A glass door leads out directly to the garden. Extra: The sofa in the sitting room converts into a single bed. Bathroom The spacious, tiled bathroom, has a shower, basin, bidet and WC. NB: The agriturismo is down 600 metres of dirt road off the main road. For larger groups, there are 6 other flats on the property. Please see ID’s 7983, 7984, 7976, 10001, 10002 and 10003. Location The 50-hectare estate nestles amongst hills covered with vineyards and olive groves. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the agriturismo is less than 10 minutes from the centre of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops, a supermarket and a Saturday market for the best local produce, as well as clothing and homewares. Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is just 1 hour away and offers some of the finest galleries, museums and architecture in the world. As do the cities of Siena (1 hour) and Pisa, with its Leaning Tower (1 hour). Other towns worth visiting are San Gimignano (35 minutes), famous for its many towers, and, for “Twilight” fans, Volterra (45 minutes), a fascinating town with Etruscan roots. There are wonderful hiking and cycling routes nearby which will immerse you in the woods and glorious Tuscan countryside. The closest airports are Florence, 40 minutes drive, or Pisa, which is 1 hour away.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean and well-kept, and we really enjoyed the beautiful, typically Tuscan landscape. The pool was large, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Die Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist optimal. Wir hatten 40 Grad, der Pool und die Klimaanlage waren unentbehrlich.Die Lage ist sehr ländlich mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Im Apartment Brunello hat man totale Privatsphäre. Es ist sehr großzügig, man hat viel Platz. Unkompliziertes Einchecken.

Le cadre dans la nature au milieu des oliviers et des vignes , était merveilleux . En plus , le manège au fond du domaine , la salle de fitness étaient un plus . Francesco est super sympa et la patronne aussi . Ils sont toujours disponibles au moindre petit problème . Bravo pour l’accueil et votre gentillesse . Il aurait fallu un peu moins de poussières sur la vaisselle et un peu de toiles d'araignées mais c'est cela fait partie de la nature . Cela est donc pardonné . Le gros point négatif est le matelas . Il est trop vieux et les ressorts sont cassés . Il faut absolument changé ce matelas et tout sera alors parfait . Ce sera un petit paradis sur terre . Bien à vous .

The structure has very high potential: the location is beautiful, the apartments are nice, the pool is also very nice. The general managent and maintenance by Happy Rentals must to be improved: no local personal is regulary there and there is no daily check and maintenainance of oll the details (knife and spoon abandonated beside the pool, trash of the pool full for days, abandoned glass beside the trash in the barbecue area, furniture of the pool in a very bad state and not completly functional. The recycling is foreseen but difficult to actuate inside the apartments because there is no dedicated space in the kitchen and just a single trash. The possibility of riding is indicated on the online description, but this is not true anymore because the riding school is private. The sofa bed was not usable (bad and damaged structure)!

Logement très bien situé dans la campagne Toscane, facile d'accès, au calme et fidèle aux photos. Cependant... Les murs sont fins donc on entend facilement le voisin (Et inversement), le ballon d'eau chaude est petit pour deux donc il faut calculer le temps des douches, le canapé est très inconfortable et la literie l'est tout autant. Pas de possibilité d'avoir du Wifi à l'intérieur (Bien que ça ne nous ait pas gêné). La cuisine est bien équipée et facile d'utilisation. Il manque juste une poubelle.
