Base perfetta per vivere il fascino dei laghi italiani, la proprietà è a breve distanza dal Lago di Varese, dal Lago Maggiore, dal Lago di Monate e dall'autostrada per Milano. Situato in posizione tranquilla in un piccolo borgo ai piedi delle Alpi italiane, questo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato è perfettamente posizionato a 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Varese e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla riva del lago. I visitatori troveranno anche una famosa pista ciclopedonale che segue il perimetro del Lago di Varese a 4 minuti a piedi. Disposto al primo piano di un edificio storico a due piani, questo spazioso appartamento presenta interni moderni e rustici con caratteristiche pareti in pietra a vista. La proprietà beneficia anche del riscaldamento a pavimento e gode di un ampio spazio abitativo a pianta aperta. Quest'area è arredata con un comodo divano, una smart TV, un tavolo da pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè Nespresso e frigorifero con congelatore. All'esterno della casa, gli ospiti troveranno un tavolo e delle sedie, il luogo ideale per un caffè mattutino o un drink alla fine di un'intensa giornata di esplorazione. Questo alloggio si trova inoltre a breve distanza da negozi di alimentari e da diversi ristoranti sul lago. Varesse è nota per la sua affascinante architettura, gli spazi verdi e i parchi, tra cui i Giardini Estensi (a 14 minuti di auto). La città ha anche un ricco patrimonio culturale e storico; la Basilica di San Vittore e Villa Panza (a 17 minuti di auto) meritano entrambe una visita. Villa Panza è circondata da splendidi giardini e ospita un'importante collezione di arte contemporanea. Un'altra escursione molto apprezzata è la visita al Sacro Monte di Varese, Patrimonio dell'Umanità dell'UNESCO, che si trova a 16 minuti di auto dall'alloggio ed è composto da nove splendide cappelle e una chiesa del XVII secolo. Altri due laghi importanti sono raggiungibili: la spiaggia di Guree Monvalle sul Lago Maggiore è a 20 minuti di auto e l'incantevole cittadina di Porto Ceresio sulla sponda orientale del Lago di Lugano è a 35 minuti di auto, vicino al confine con la Svizzera. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è l'Aeroporto di Lugano (LUG), in Svizzera, a circa 47 minuti di auto dalla struttura.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was lovely and in a great location. Doesn’t get too hot during the day, and the home was fully equipped with everything we needed. However the master bed was rather uncomfortable, something to take into consideration. Other than that we would definitely stay again!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt innerhalb eines historischem Quartiers, PIAZZA CHIOSTRO, umgeben von netten Einheimischen. Sehr ruhige Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Aufgrund unserer geringen Italienisch-Kenntnisse gab es leider nur wenige ( aber herzliche ) Kontaktmöglichkeiten. Einkaufen 100m entfernt im ialienischen Laden.

Tolle Lage, fußläufig zum See, kleinem Tante Emma Laden und Tortencafé, toll renovierter Altbau: schön kühl, wenn Holzläden geschlossen gehalten werden, dann dementsprechend etwas dunkler, Nachbarschaft geht liebevoll miteinander um, schön diese kulturellen Besonderheiten zu erleben, sie sitzen und/oder stehen beieinander und unterhalten sich angeregt und im Kloster in Sichtweite wurden Samstag mehrere Paare getraut und dann gefeiert, wir haben uns darüber sehr gefreut. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten, es hätte mehr Geschirr geben dürfen, die Einzelbetten sind für Hochgewachsene etwas kurz und das Doppelbett ist sehr einfach und leider war insbesondere die rechte Matratze sehr durchgelegen. Das Bad ist gut, der Wasserdruck etwas wenig, aber wir haben uns dennoch in der Villa wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zu Francesca war sehr unkompliziert.

The entire property is nice, very spacious and fully equipped. Also the terrace is great to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Thanks for the welcoming kit, it was much appreciated! A downside were the mosquitoes from the house. There were quite many in all of the rooms , trapped in spider webs or lying on the floors.
