Dit schitterende appartement voor 4 personen ligt op de tweede verdieping (met lift) van een elegante, historische residentie op slechts een paar meter van het Caprafico strand. Het appartement ligt aan de westkant van het charmante stadje Nervi en biedt een ononderbroken uitzicht op zee. Het is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een strandvakantie, gecombineerd met wandelen en het verkennen van de kustplaatsen en de fascinerende stad Genua. Het appartement heeft veel lichtinval en vangt de zeebries, omdat er aan drie kanten ramen zijn. De inrichting is eenvoudig maar stijlvol, met houten en zwart-witte tegelvloeren. De woonkamer is ingericht met een combinatie van antieke en moderne meubels, waaronder een hoekbank, flatscreentelevisie en een salontafel. Openslaande deuren bieden toegang tot het privébalkon met prachtig uitzicht over de Ligurische Zee. Het balkon heeft stoelen en een tafel waar gasten kunnen ontspannen met een kopje koffie of een zonsondergang. De aparte eetkamer ligt naast de woonkamer en biedt ook uitzicht op zee. Er is een elegante glazen tafel met stoelen en boekenkasten. De aangrenzende keuken is via een boog en ingericht met evenveel zorg en aandacht als de rest van het appartement. Het is uitgerust met een kookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat en een koelkast/vriezer. Er is een kleine tafel met stoelen voor snelle snacks. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De ouderslaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en uitgebreide spiegelkasten. Slaapkamer 2: De tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een kledingkast. Badkamer De aantrekkelijke, ruime badkamer heeft een douche, een vol bad, 2 wastafels, bidet en WC. Extra - Gratis wifi - Balkon - Centrale verwarming - Ventilator - Flatscreen TV - Wasmachine - Haardroger - Kindvriendelijk - Eigen parkeerplaats - Auto niet noodzakelijk Ligging Nervi was ooit een klein vissersdorpje en bezoekers kunnen de oude haven zien, de Porticciolo di Nervi (5 minuten lopen), met zijn restaurants en panoramische wandelingen. De residentie is gunstig gelegen vlakbij winkels (supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen) en andere voorzieningen. Het is een levendige buitenwijk van Genua. Het is gemakkelijk om in het centrum van de stad te komen, want het treinstation Genua Quinto ligt op slechts 3 minuten rijden van het appartement. Twee van de bezienswaardigheden van de stad die je gezien moet hebben zijn de Romaanse kathedraal van San Lorenzo en het monumentale Piazza De Ferrari. Het bruisende havengebied van Genua (25 minuten) is de thuisbasis van het moderne Aquarium van Genua, dat een bezoek waard is. Net als het naburige Porto Antico, een enorme culturele ruimte met veel evenementen, tentoonstellingen en geweldige plekken om uit eten te gaan. Voor gasten die willen ontspannen aan zee zijn er verschillende stranden en lido's langs de kust, waaronder de Spiaggia di Caprafico onder het appartement en de Spiaggia Murcarolo, op slechts 7 minuten lopen langs de kust. De internationale luchthaven van Genua ligt op slechts 30 minuten rijden van het appartement.

La casa è molto grande, bellissima, accessoriata di tutto (forno, lavastoviglie, lavatrice etc.) la posizione sul mare toglie il fiato, il parcheggio è comodo e vicino alla casa, la spiaggetta sotto casa pratica e con un bel mare limpido, nelle vicinanze ogni tipi di negozio e servizio. Raggiungibili a piedi passeggiata Anita Garibaldi, porticciolo di Nervi, stazione ferroviaria, parchi verdi di Nervi, centro di Nervi......non credo si possa chiedere di più !

Casa bellissima ed enorme, posizione eccezionale. Posto auto in corte privata vicinissimo. Soggiornare qui è stato meraviglioso: la casa è dotata di tutti i confort, la cucina è ampia e cucinare è come stare a casa. Senza contare il plus dell'ascensore ! La terrazza sembra sospesa sul mare, sotto c'è una piccola spiaggia con acqua limpida, ogni servizio o negozio è disponibile a pochi passi ( farmacia, rosticceria, ristorante, bar, supermercato, erboristeria, fioraio, panettiere, enoteca, gelateria, prodotti tipici...) Ugualmente a piedi si raggiungono stazione ferroviaria, passeggiata Anita Garibaldi, centro di Nervi per lo shopping e i famosi parchi verdi, quartiere di Quinto....

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick vom Balkon. Hauseigener Steinstrandzugang. Supermarkt 1min entfernt. Mehrere Ventilatoren vorhanden (wenn man sie einmal im Schrank gefunden hat). Saubere Wohnung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Eigener Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Kontakt mit Happy Rentals Zentrale freundlich.

Location was excellent as the view was great and you could walk to several restaurants. Trying to find the key to get into the apartment was very stressful as the key was not located as described. I tried calling the property manager but he hung up on me, so I reached out via VRBO who put me in touch with someone else with the renting agency. He was not the property manager but was helpful. Parking was included but that was another headache to deal with as it was not as listed so after several emails back and forth we finally figured out where it was. In the apartment, the floor was really dirty as you could even see shoe prints and there was a weird moldy smell in the kitchen. The shower was not a standard shower and it did not work or if it did there were no instructions on how to use. There was a bathtub but had no stopper to hold water and it had a spray nozzle so you could shower but there was no curtain so bathing/showering was a challenge. The washing machine did not work which was really disappointing because that is one reason I chose to rent the place. I really needed to do laundry so had to wash everything by hand which is not really wanted to do on my vacation! The tea pot leaked and the coffee maker had mold in the bottom of it so I could not enjoy a coffee on the balcony like I had hoped to. Overall the apartment was spacious, in a good location, and it had an elevator so it could be a really nice place; however, I think it is sorely mismanaged.
