Dit smaakvol ingerichte, lichte en luchtige appartement heeft een zonnig terras met een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de zee en profiteert van een ruime leefruimte met twee gezichten, compleet met airconditioning. Deze ruimte heeft glazen deuren van vloer tot plafond die uitkomen op het terras, en bevat ook de keuken en is ingericht met een flatscreen smart tv, een comfortabele bank, een fauteuil en een eettafel. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met moderne apparatuur, waaronder een inductiekookplaat, een oven en een vaatwasser. Slapen: Slaapkamer 1: De eerste slaapkamer is ingericht met een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Deze kamer heeft ook airconditioning en een eigen balkon. Extra: Zeezicht - Aan Zee - Balkon - Terras - Buiten Dineren - Buiten Tafel & Stoelen - Airconditioning - Gratis Wi-Fi - Wasmachine - Auto Niet Nodig - Betaald Openbaar Parkeren - Roken Niet Toegestaan - Nespresso-apparaat Locatie: Rives d'Azur Apt ligt aan de Côte d'Azur in het charmante kustplaatsje Menton, dicht bij het strand Plage du Casino (5 minuten lopen) en de prachtige Jardins Biovès (minder dan 10 minuten lopen). Gasten vinden ook nog 5 andere stranden en 4 tuinen op minder dan 10 minuten rijden. Het pand ligt ten westen van de middeleeuwse oude binnenstad van de badplaats. Voor de beste regionale gerechten, waaronder kaas, vis en vleeswaren, moeten gasten naar de overdekte markt, Le Marché des Halles, op Quai de Monleon (15 minuten lopen langs de kust). De markt is elke dag geopend, behalve op zondag. In de smalle, geplaveide straatjes van de oude stad (6 minuten rijden / 22 minuten lopen) vinden bezoekers de barokke basiliek St Michel, het Jean Cocteau Museum en aan de kust de oude haven. In februari viert het unieke Fête du Citron de beroemde citrusvruchten van Menton. Gasten vinden ook een supermarkt op 3 minuten lopen en verschillende restaurants en eetgelegenheden. De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven is de luchthaven van Nice (NCE), op 40 minuten rijden van de accommodatie. Het treinstation van Menton ligt op 3 minuten rijden / 10 minuten lopen.

Totally enjoyed this well located sunny well equipped stay. There is road noise during the day, however the windows are very noise tight and on Sunday’s the street in front closes for a market, which is lovely. Would highly recommend this for a beautiful stay in Menton.

The property was perfect! The view is magnificent! Beautiful view of the sea. I must comment on the agent, Philippe— he communicated with us prior to our arrival & during our stay. He had the most relaxed demeanor. It is very clean and well stocked. For the price you will be very pleased. It is centrally located so makes it easy to go anywhere. I would definitely stay in this spacious apt again. It was a delightful vacay spot. Excellent!! Wake up early for the beautiful sunrise.

Lovely property located in menton had everything needed for my stay, spar shop 3 min walk, train station 15 min walk, plenty of lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance, great place to stay while you visit the Monaco F1 only 2 stops on the train to Monaco, lovely balcony with sea views slighty noisey road but the views made up for it and couldn’t hear anything with the doors closed, beds comfy and clean, air con ice cold, fully equipped kitchen with large dining table and open plan living room with smart tv and free WIFI would definitely recommend and return thank you

Nice apartment. Everything working and in good order. Only one minor issue, we could have used an extra key, but did not ask, so not really anything to complaint about. A sleight mixup in arrival instructions led us to the wrong apartment, but was cleared up by a phonecall to the conract no.
