Situated on the first floor (with a lift) of a modern four-story building Rives d'Azur Apt is the ideal choice for a relaxing beach holiday with up to 4 family or friends. This tastefully furnished, bright and airy apartment enjoys a sunny terrace with incredible views of the sea and benefits from a spacious dual-aspect living space complete with air conditioning. With floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the terrace, this area also incorporates the kitchen and is furnished with a flat-screen smart TV, a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, an oven and a dishwasher. Sleeping: Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. This room also enjoys air conditioning and a private balcony. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. This room also enjoys air conditioning. Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib). Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: The modern bathroom is fitted with a bidet, shower, washbasin and WC. Guests will also find another 5 beaches and 4 gardens all less than a 10-minute drive away. The property is situated to the west of the resort's medieval Old Town. For the finest regional food, including cheese, fish and charcuteries, guests should head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 15-minute walk along the seafront). The market is open every day except Sunday. Within the narrow, cobbled streets of The Old Town (a 6-minute drive / 22-minute walk), visitors will find the Baroque Basilica of St Michel, the Jean Cocteau Museum and as you reach the seafront the Old Port. In February the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits. Guests will also find a supermarket a 3-minute walk away together with several restaurants and eateries. The closest international airport is Nice Airport (NCE), a 40-minute drive from the accommodation. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 3-minute drive / 10-minute walk.

Totally enjoyed this well located sunny well equipped stay. There is road noise during the day, however the windows are very noise tight and on Sunday’s the street in front closes for a market, which is lovely. Would highly recommend this for a beautiful stay in Menton.

The property was perfect! The view is magnificent! Beautiful view of the sea. I must comment on the agent, Philippe— he communicated with us prior to our arrival & during our stay. He had the most relaxed demeanor. It is very clean and well stocked. For the price you will be very pleased. It is centrally located so makes it easy to go anywhere. I would definitely stay in this spacious apt again. It was a delightful vacay spot. Excellent!! Wake up early for the beautiful sunrise.

Lovely property located in menton had everything needed for my stay, spar shop 3 min walk, train station 15 min walk, plenty of lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance, great place to stay while you visit the Monaco F1 only 2 stops on the train to Monaco, lovely balcony with sea views slighty noisey road but the views made up for it and couldn’t hear anything with the doors closed, beds comfy and clean, air con ice cold, fully equipped kitchen with large dining table and open plan living room with smart tv and free WIFI would definitely recommend and return thank you

Nice apartment. Everything working and in good order. Only one minor issue, we could have used an extra key, but did not ask, so not really anything to complaint about. A sleight mixup in arrival instructions led us to the wrong apartment, but was cleared up by a phonecall to the conract no.
