The apartment was very comfortable for the six of us. We each had our own bedroom. The views are fantastic. It’s a nice little walk into town. They could have provided us with a few more essentials, like toilet paper and a few more towels. Our only negative is the furniture should probably be replaced. But we had a wonderful stay, we had a really great time.

Merveilleuse villa avec vue sur lac et environnement très calme. Intérieur propre et spacieux. Terrasse accueillante, sur deux niveaux. Les quatre salles de bain étaient propres et leur nombre suffisant pour notre groupe (10 personnes dont des ados très sensibles à leur aspect extérieur). Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester la piscine, elle venait d'être ouverte. Attention, pas d'ascenseur pour monter les 2 palliers. Aucun problème pour nous, grands sportifs. Parking disponible pour 4 voitures si on utilise l'espace d'accès devant la porte du garage. Très utile vu l'encombrement de la ville. Restos, terrasses et débarcadère joignables a pied en maximum 15'. Les parfums des fleurs sur le chemin étaient inoubliables (fin mai 2025).

Ideal für eine große Gruppe Familie. Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer und 4 Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft ist auch recht modern und alles ist neu zb Boden, Türen, Badezimmer usw auf modernem Stand. Es gibt 1 große Terrasse und einen Balkon. Beide mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf den See und die Berge ohne Straße oder Autolärm. Personal immer erreichbar und auf Anfrage erledigen sie was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool. Garage für 2-3 Autos auch da. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher usw alles vorhanden. Fußweg ca 15 min zum Zentrum Menaggio.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt mit äußerst großzügigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Die Lage ist schlichtweg perfekt – mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See. Angesichts des Preises und der exklusiven Lage darf man jedoch auch einen entsprechend gepflegten Zustand erwarten. Auf der Terrasse standen einige beschädigte Möbel wie defekte Tische und Sonnenschirme, und auch im Innenbereich könnten bestimmte Details regelmäßiger überprüft und erneuert werden. Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit hohem Komfort und großem Erholungspotenzial.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Leider waren die Schattenmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon begrenzt, da hier nur ein kleiner und ein kaputter größerer Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung stand und diese nicht für 10 Personen ausreichend Schatten spenden. Die Küche ist schön groß und bietet ausreichend Geschirr. Wenn man in einer großen Gruppe dort ist und kochen möchte, wären jedoch größere Töpfe und Pfannen wünschenswert.

The house was clean, modern and spacious, although living room space appears a lot smaller then shown in the pictures. We had a great time at the house, the balcony and outdoor sitting area was a great space to socialise. The views from the house are amazing, apart from 2 bedrooms all guests wake up to amazing views of the lake There are lots of steps/ stairs to get to the house, not suitable if you have accessibility needs. No lifts therefore would need to also carry your luggage yourself. A CAR is definitely needed to get to the house especially at night as there is no lights along the path, you are walking in about 5 minutes in pitch black ( luckily we had our phones to provide lighting) until you reach the main road. A car is also needed for shopping, it was definitely a struggling carrying the shopping walking uphill. Taxis did not appear to be readily available therefore I would recommend hiring a car Other: Further instruction with using the barbecue and the central heating would have been useful I.e a manual as it those get cold at night ( we travelled mid October). Overall it was a beautiful house, amazing views...

The view from the villa is amazing! You have a fantastic view of the lake from the terrace and some of the bedrooms which is simply stunning. The rooms are basic but very comfortable with fans in every room, there is no air-conditioning.

The property is difficult to find and once you find it, you need to climb around 50 stairs to the front door which opens directly into the kitchen/lounge area. The property is very Spartan - it needs some rugs and definitely some coffee tables. There is not enough lounge room seating for the number of guests the property can host. Minimal number of pillows. We found the description of the property to be greatly embellished. It said the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but there were no tongs and and a couple of small saucepans and very small frying pan is not a fully equipped kitchen. The description said there were three sunlounges. These do not exist. We didn't swim in the pool because it is difficult to access and we were told there would be an additional charge. The barbecue hadn't been cleaned. There is no airconditioning and no ceiling fans so I wouldn't want to stay there in summer - we found it hot enough in September. The outdoor furniture is very cheap and one of the chairs was broken on our arrival and two more fell apart while we were there. There were several broken items - the fridge door, the electric kettle. We were pleased the agency was able to have those items fixed during our stay. One thing to note is that only one hair dryer is supplied and it can't be plugged into any of the plugs in any of the bathrooms. We had a nice stay but feel the apartment needs some TLC and better quality furnishings.

Big spacious, clean apartment. The pictures accurately describe the place. Very clean and quiet. The pool is a nice plus. There is NO AC, and the apartment got unbearably hot in August. For that reason, we would not go back during the hot summer months. The walk to town is accurately described and is not for people who are not in shape or families with younger kids with strollers. We would consider going back during the cooler months

Good location, nice place but poorly managed. Generally poor presentation mainly by management company. With high cleaning costs included in booking would be expected to be clean on arrival. Not properly cared for which is a shame because property is great for families

The apartment was very comfortable for the six of us. We each had our own bedroom. The views are fantastic. It’s a nice little walk into town. They could have provided us with a few more essentials, like toilet paper and a few more towels. Our only negative is the furniture should probably be replaced. But we had a wonderful stay, we had a really great time.

Merveilleuse villa avec vue sur lac et environnement très calme. Intérieur propre et spacieux. Terrasse accueillante, sur deux niveaux. Les quatre salles de bain étaient propres et leur nombre suffisant pour notre groupe (10 personnes dont des ados très sensibles à leur aspect extérieur). Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester la piscine, elle venait d'être ouverte. Attention, pas d'ascenseur pour monter les 2 palliers. Aucun problème pour nous, grands sportifs. Parking disponible pour 4 voitures si on utilise l'espace d'accès devant la porte du garage. Très utile vu l'encombrement de la ville. Restos, terrasses et débarcadère joignables a pied en maximum 15'. Les parfums des fleurs sur le chemin étaient inoubliables (fin mai 2025).

Ideal für eine große Gruppe Familie. Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer und 4 Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft ist auch recht modern und alles ist neu zb Boden, Türen, Badezimmer usw auf modernem Stand. Es gibt 1 große Terrasse und einen Balkon. Beide mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf den See und die Berge ohne Straße oder Autolärm. Personal immer erreichbar und auf Anfrage erledigen sie was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool. Garage für 2-3 Autos auch da. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher usw alles vorhanden. Fußweg ca 15 min zum Zentrum Menaggio.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt mit äußerst großzügigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Die Lage ist schlichtweg perfekt – mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See. Angesichts des Preises und der exklusiven Lage darf man jedoch auch einen entsprechend gepflegten Zustand erwarten. Auf der Terrasse standen einige beschädigte Möbel wie defekte Tische und Sonnenschirme, und auch im Innenbereich könnten bestimmte Details regelmäßiger überprüft und erneuert werden. Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit hohem Komfort und großem Erholungspotenzial.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Leider waren die Schattenmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon begrenzt, da hier nur ein kleiner und ein kaputter größerer Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung stand und diese nicht für 10 Personen ausreichend Schatten spenden. Die Küche ist schön groß und bietet ausreichend Geschirr. Wenn man in einer großen Gruppe dort ist und kochen möchte, wären jedoch größere Töpfe und Pfannen wünschenswert.

The house was clean, modern and spacious, although living room space appears a lot smaller then shown in the pictures. We had a great time at the house, the balcony and outdoor sitting area was a great space to socialise. The views from the house are amazing, apart from 2 bedrooms all guests wake up to amazing views of the lake There are lots of steps/ stairs to get to the house, not suitable if you have accessibility needs. No lifts therefore would need to also carry your luggage yourself. A CAR is definitely needed to get to the house especially at night as there is no lights along the path, you are walking in about 5 minutes in pitch black ( luckily we had our phones to provide lighting) until you reach the main road. A car is also needed for shopping, it was definitely a struggling carrying the shopping walking uphill. Taxis did not appear to be readily available therefore I would recommend hiring a car Other: Further instruction with using the barbecue and the central heating would have been useful I.e a manual as it those get cold at night ( we travelled mid October). Overall it was a beautiful house, amazing views...

The view from the villa is amazing! You have a fantastic view of the lake from the terrace and some of the bedrooms which is simply stunning. The rooms are basic but very comfortable with fans in every room, there is no air-conditioning.

The property is difficult to find and once you find it, you need to climb around 50 stairs to the front door which opens directly into the kitchen/lounge area. The property is very Spartan - it needs some rugs and definitely some coffee tables. There is not enough lounge room seating for the number of guests the property can host. Minimal number of pillows. We found the description of the property to be greatly embellished. It said the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but there were no tongs and and a couple of small saucepans and very small frying pan is not a fully equipped kitchen. The description said there were three sunlounges. These do not exist. We didn't swim in the pool because it is difficult to access and we were told there would be an additional charge. The barbecue hadn't been cleaned. There is no airconditioning and no ceiling fans so I wouldn't want to stay there in summer - we found it hot enough in September. The outdoor furniture is very cheap and one of the chairs was broken on our arrival and two more fell apart while we were there. There were several broken items - the fridge door, the electric kettle. We were pleased the agency was able to have those items fixed during our stay. One thing to note is that only one hair dryer is supplied and it can't be plugged into any of the plugs in any of the bathrooms. We had a nice stay but feel the apartment needs some TLC and better quality furnishings.

Big spacious, clean apartment. The pictures accurately describe the place. Very clean and quiet. The pool is a nice plus. There is NO AC, and the apartment got unbearably hot in August. For that reason, we would not go back during the hot summer months. The walk to town is accurately described and is not for people who are not in shape or families with younger kids with strollers. We would consider going back during the cooler months
