De ruime, moderne open woonkamer is ingericht in warme, neutrale en mokka-tinten en biedt een uitnodigende plek om te ontspannen en gasten te ontvangen, met twee comfortabele banken en een flatscreen-tv voor het plezier van de gasten.

Een open haard zorgt voor een romantische sfeer in de wintermaanden en het prachtige uitzicht op het meer van Bellagio vanuit de eethoek is het hele jaar door adembenemend. Een zonnig privébalkon biedt een extra eethoek in de buitenlucht, een plek om te ontspannen met een goed boek en een glas wijn of gewoon om te genieten van het spectaculaire landschap.
De open ruimte omvat ook een nieuw ingerichte, chique complete keuken met gasoven en -kookplaat en de basis moderne apparatuur die nodig is voor eenvoudig en ontspannen koken tijdens de vakantie.
De woning biedt flexibele en veelzijdige accommodatie met een stijlvolle, ruime hoofdslaapkamer, een eigentijdse inrichting en toegang tot het balkon met uitzicht op het meer, dat de adembenemende achtergrond van Bellagio biedt.
Twee extra slaapkamers, elk met twee eenpersoonsbedden van volwassen formaat, zijn ideaal voor het onderbrengen van nog eens 4 gasten. Twee moderne badkamers met krachtige douches en een wasmachine maken deze moderne en praktische accommodatie compleet.
Vanuit de accommodatie is het centrum van Cadenabbia relatief gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken, via de oude steegjes naar de prachtige Victoriaanse oever van het meer. Hier vinden gasten handige voorzieningen, waaronder supermarkten, delicatessenwinkels, boetiekjes, een kapper en een krantenwinkel. De boulevard langs Tremezzo biedt ook een ruime keuze aan cafés, bars en restaurants met uitzicht op het meer, en er is een zonnig Lido met zwembaden en een zwembadterras met uitzicht op het meer.
De locatie is perfect, met nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden zoals Villa Carlotta en Villa Balbianello. Wandelaars kunnen genieten van het bergachtige San Martino-pad vanuit het nabijgelegen Griante en andere activiteiten zijn onder meer zwemmen, fietsen, zeilen, motorbootverhuur, quadrijden, tennis en golf.
Langs het centrale deel van het meer is een ruime keuze aan restaurants te vinden, waaronder de informele pizzeria's van Tremezzo, het gezinsvriendelijke 'Villa Linda', het romantische 'La Darsena' aan het meer en het agro-toerisme-restaurant 'La Fagurida' op de heuvels van Tremezzo – ze bieden allemaal unieke en prachtige ervaringen!
Er rijdt een meerbus langs de gehele westelijke oever en een snelle en frequente auto- en passagiersveerboot rijdt een handige route naar Menaggio, Varenna, Bellagio en de stad Como.
Vanuit de stad Como rijden er regelmatig treinen naar de stad Milaan en de luchthavens, waar nog meer kosmopolitische geneugten wachten, waaronder kunstgalerijen, Villa Olmo, de Duomo en de met populaire cafés en boetiekjes omzoomde pleinen.
Helaas zijn huisdieren in deze accommodatie niet toegestaan.

This was a great place for our family to stay: comfortable and quiet for sleeping, easy to cook simple meals in the kitchen, enough space for the kids to spread out, very useful to have washing machine and dishwasher. The balcony space was pretty and we ate outside a few times. It was a short(but steep!) walk to the bus stop, mini grocery store, ferry boat landing. It was also easy to hike from there to some gorgeous spots (sasso San Martino). The downside for our family was that we hadn’t realized before reserving that this is managed by an office, not an individual. Therefore we needed to go to another town to get the keys. It isn’t far but it was a challenge for our family traveling with kids by public transportation. Secondly, although they left a “welcome kit” that was very kind and lovely white linens, there was no salt, olive oil or other such essentials that people often leave in Airbnbs. We left dish soap, salt, laundry detergent and some other things for next guests.

Een ruim appartement met een zeer mooi uitzicht. Enkel jammer dat er maar 1 airco aanwezig was in een slaapkamer, hierdoor was de living en de bovenste slaapkamer zeer warm.

This apartment is in a great location. It is close to the small town of Griante with restaurants and small grocery. It is also within walking distance of the ferries. The apartment has a beautiful view of Lake Como. We were able to eat out on the balcony and it was very enjoyable. The kitchen is also well equipped. A few issues that need to be addressed by the management, We didn't have wifi for 3 days. We arrived on Saturday and didn't have wifi until Tuesday. Even though this was a holiday weekend someone from the office could have come to the apartment and resolved it Saturday after we checked ion. As a result all of us had to use expensive cellular data to conduct our online business. Also both of the bathrooms are in a state of disrepair. The shower doors attached to the bathtub are held together with masking tape. The shower doors in the other bathroom don't close because one of the doors is off it's track. The shower head also will not stay up and slowly falls down as you take a shower. Bath towels are very thin. A little work on the part of the management would make this a much more pleasant apartment.
