The flat is a fairly priced 33 sqm one-bedroom unit designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, with 4 beddings in the bedroom only. Booking it for more than 4 guests, someone would expect to have little space to move around. The pricing also reflects its simplicity: The items you described as “lacking” (such as a wardrobe, washing machine, and Wi-Fi) are not advertised and therefore should not have been expected.
