A contemporary apartment that sleeps 6, just a five-minute walk from the centre of Chamonix. This first-floor apartment (with a lift) has a comfortable, bright living room with a kitchenette. The wooden-floored sitting room has a large sofa, with a dining table and chairs and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is directly off the living room and there is a large, separate bathroom. Sleeping Bedroom: The ample master bedroom, with large French windows and mountain views, has a double bed and a bunk bed Extra: There is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Bathroom Modern bathroom, with a large bath and showerhead, washbasin and W.C. Additional • Flat-screen TV • No wifi • Hairdryer • Smoke detector • Indoor public garage (no reserved parking place and guests need a badge to enter and leave parking) • American-style coffee machine - Ski storage Location Centrally located, with excellent access to all of Chamonix’s amenities, the apartment is just a 1-minute walk from L’Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The ski shuttle bus stop with access to all ski slopes is also close by. Chamonix has endless options for winter and summer activities. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledging and ice skating. There is also an indoor swimming pool and hammam which is open all year round. In the summer there are numerous options including hiking trails through stunning mountain scenery; rock climbing and mountaineering; paragliding; a large outdoor pool and tennis. The town has many fine restaurants and bars which will suit all budgets and ages. Geneva airport is a 75-minute drive from the apartment, whilst Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station is just a 5-minute taxi ride away. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

The location (although lout at night) was great. The apartment was very clean and equipped. We loved the wine :) The mattress could be better and there were sharp corners above the kitchen sink and above the toilet that should be covered. For TMB hikers that sends their bags - please note you cannot leave them at the property and should use a tobacco shop near by.

L'emplacement est très bon. L'accès est sécurisé. L'appartement est fonctionnel mais nous avons toutefois quelques remarques : -le parking souterrain est désastreux : bas , étroit. -le couchage du salon pourrait être amélioré avec quelque chose de plus fonctionnel. Clic clac par ex. -l'évier de la cuisine est trop petit.... Les plats ne rentrent pas et ce n'est pas pratique pour faire la vaisselle.
