Een villa in traditionele stijl met prachtig uitzicht over de Golf van Cugnana en het ongerepte Sardijnse platteland. Deze villa is geschikt voor 8 personen en is een idyllische uitvalsbasis voor familie of vrienden die een van de mooiste eilanden in de Middellandse Zee willen verkennen en willen ontspannen in de natuur. Het huis is gezegend met heerlijke buitenruimte, waaronder een veranda, waar gasten al fresco kunnen dineren genietend van het prachtige panorama over de kust. Het tweede overdekte terras fungeert als een buitenzitkamer met een bank en fauteuils. De open woonkamer combineert een zithoek, met een bank en tv en een grote eettafel met de ingerichte keuken met een houten keukentafel. De keuken is uitgerust met een kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer en een moka koffiezetapparaat. Een deur leidt van de keuken naar een terras aan de achterkant. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: Een lichte slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, fauteuils en een ladekast. Slaapkamer 2: Deze tweede slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed, een kledingkast en openslaande deuren naar het terras. Slaapkamer 3: Nog een charmante slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een grote kledingkast en een deur naar het terras. Slaapkamer 4: Deze gezellige kamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed, een tweede uitschuifbaar eenpersoonsbed en uitgebreide opbergkasten. Badkamers Er zijn twee mooi betegelde badkamers, beide met een douche, bidet, wastafel en toilet. Extra - Gratis wifi - Terras - BBQ - Buiten eethoek - Gemeenschappelijke omheinde tuin - Afvalverwijdering - Airconditioning - Wasmachine - Haardroger - Prive parkeerplaats - auto noodzakelijk - Kindvriendelijk - Huisdieren mogelijk - Extra kosten voor elektriciteit en water €12/dag Locatie Deze villa ligt op het rustige platteland met een prachtig uitzicht dicht bij de plaatselijke winkels en op slechts 5 km van een supermarkt. In Olbia (15 minuten) kun je levendige boerenmarkten bezoeken die drie keer per week worden gehouden. Vooral de zaterdagmarkt in Via Sangallo is een aanrader. Het beroemde strand Rena Bianca aan de Costa Smeralda ligt op slechts 10 minuten afstand, terwijl de jetsetbadplaats Porto Cervo op 20 minuten ligt. Porto Rotondo (15 minuten) staat bekend om zijn jachthaven, maar tijdens de zomermaanden is er wekelijks (op woensdag) een ambachtsmarkt waar je veel lokale ambachten en stijlvolle modeaccessoires kunt vinden. De haven en luchthaven van Olbia liggen op ongeveer 20 minuten rijden.

Se você está de carro a localização é realmente excelente. Belas praias, ótimos restaurantes e vários supermercados a poucos minutos de distância. A casa é espaçosa e tem uma vista maravilhosa. Para nossa surpresa uma piscina enorme acabava de ser inaugurada o que foi uma bela surpresa para as crianças. Alguns detalhes de organização e limpeza poderiam ser melhorados mas nada que pudesse atrapalhar a nossa experiência. Esperamos voltar no próximo ano.

Die Zeit in Sardinien war sehr schön. Der Bungalow ist gut gelegen. Die Ausrüstung war in Ordnung, die Terrasse wunderbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Der Bungalow war nicht genau gereinigt. Bad und Küche war gut, aber der Baden und die Stühle wiesen noch Brotkrummen auf. Auch waren wir uns nicht sicher, ob die Bettwäsche wirklich überall gewechselt wurde. Das Tischtuch, welches man über den Tisch auf der Terrasse legen sollte, wurde schon eine Ewigkeit nicht mehr gewaschen und wies sowohl Flecken als auch Löcher auf. Ansonsten wäre es das perfekte Objekt für Ferien.

La casa si trova in una posizione invidiabile, è vero che non ci si può spostare a piedi ma a 10minuti di macchina si raggiungono TUTTE le migliori spiaggie e le principali città. La vista è bellissima e alla sera si sta al fresco. La casa e il giardino sono ben tenuti e gli spazi sono veramente ampi. CONSIGLIATISSIMA.

Very quiet and private villa. Clear instructions about check-in and check-out. Host was extremely helpful when we reported that something does not work at home. Always provide a solution. Perfect place for stay at Sardinia. Close to Olbia.

Dès notre arrivée, un "Waouh" de voir la piscine avec une vue extraordinaire. une maison très agréable avec tout le nécessaire. Une belle terrasse ombragée lieu très calme dans les hauteurs 2 salles de bain avec 2 toilettes, top pour 2 familles. quelques jeux pour enfants pour la plage.

Beautiful house, great location, ideal for trips to the beach and north, nice terrace with views, quiet location. The house is designed for up to 8 people, but we would only go with four people, as it has only two bathrooms. The kitchen equipment is sufficient. We did not use one of the bathrooms as the shower was very moldy. Our house was not ready for occupancy at 16:00, because the cleaners came at that time. Marco sent an additional person and we could get in 17:15. So it was not as clean as I would have expected for the cleaning fee of 477.00! Regarding our comments about the condition of the bathroom and one of the bedrooms (crumbling plaster - mold?) there was no feedback / reaction from Marco, otherwise he always reported immediately, e.g. when the electricity failed and the fuse was blown.

Maison très bien située avec une très belle vue et a proximités d'une grande ville pour les courses, juste un point a améliorer : ils manque des couverts pour éviter de faire marcher 2 lave vaisselle par jour
