Als u een fijne vakantie wilt doorbrengen in een mooie badplaats als Follonica, dan is Bedo House het appartement voor u! Het ligt recht tegenover het hoofdstrand van Follonica! Zodra u uit het gebouw stapt bent u slechts een paar stappen verwijderd van de zee in Follonica! En op slechts 200 meter van het huis vindt u het vrije strand. Follonica is uitstekend gelegen als u de rest van de prachtige regio Toscane wilt bezoeken, het is slechts 2 uur met de auto (2 uur en een half met de trein) van de prachtige kunststad Florence, slechts een uur van Pisa en zijn scheve toren, anderhalf uur van Lucca (beroemd om Lucca Comics in november), een half uur met de trein en auto van het nabijgelegen Grosseto en, voor degenen die de prachtige hoofdstad van Italië, Rome, willen bezoeken, is slechts 2 uur met de trein (of 2 uur en een half met de auto). Voor degenen die houden van de rust en stilte van het platteland ligt op slechts een paar kilometer afstand van de flat de prachtige Toscaanse Maremma, alles om ontdekt en bezocht te worden. Op een uur en 40 minuten afstand bevinden zich daarentegen de prachtige thermale baden van Saturnia, voor wie houdt van ontspanning en genieten van een schitterend thermaal bad. De flat Bedo House, is gelegen op de vierde verdieping van het condominium, uitgerust met een lift, zodat de gasten niet de trap hoeven te nemen. Binnen vinden we: 2 slaapkamers, 1 keuken met eetkamer 1 badkamer, een kamer die dient als wasruimte en een prachtig balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De grote slaapkamer is uitgerust met een tweepersoonsbed, 2 nachtkastjes en een grote kledingkast. De secundaire kamer is uitgerust met twee eenpersoonsbedden, waarvan één opklapbaar, voor het geval een vierde bed niet nodig is. In de eetkamer staat een prachtige bank en een prachtige eettafel. De keuken is nieuw en functioneel en beschikt over een oven, een gasfornuis, een vaatwasser en een waterkoker. Het balkon met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee, is uitgerust, in de warmere periodes, met een tafel en stoelen voor een lunch of diner met uitzicht op de Toscaanse zee. In warmere periodes kost airconditioning 5 Euro per dag. Verwarming kost 10 Euro per dag, gedurende de periodes waarin het volgens de Italiaanse wet is toegestaan deze te gebruiken.

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung war einfach wunderbar – schöner hätte unser Urlaub nicht sein können! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, stilvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der Balkon mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer haben wir jeden Abend sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, sie liegt mitten im Zentrum. Supermärkte, Restaurants, der Strand – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung eignet sich der Ort ideal. Ein großes Lob an unsere Ansprechpartnerin Antonella vor Ort, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar war. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Auch der Kontakt mit Happy Rentals war hervorragend – professionell, freundlich und gut organisiert. Alle Informationen wurden rechtzeitig und klar übermittelt, was uns die Anreise und den Aufenthalt zusätzlich erleichtert hat. Kurz gesagt: Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein echtes Juwel. Polecam to miejsce ze względu na lokalizacje i widok z balkonu. Jeśli chodzi o sam apartament to jak na standard włoski jest całkiem ok, dobrze wyposażony i przestronny. Okolica w miarę spokojna, choć w weekendy wieczorami jest tam głośniej ze względu na dość spory ruch - duży parking tuż pod budynkiem. Zameldowanie było bezproblemowe, a Antonella, która nas wprowadziła, była bardzo miła i komunikatywna. Na miejscu niczego nam nie brakowało i było blisko do sklepów, restauracji i rynku z lokalnymi produktami (bardzo polecamy jedzenie na wynos w Pasta Fresca).

We had a great stay in this lovely, comfortable apartment. It was bright and airy with a great sea view and a lovely balcony. The beds were really comfortable and the whole flat was spotlessly clean. It was a stones throw from the beautiful beach and close to the centre of town for easy access to shops, markets, bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend Leonardo's place and a stay in the lovely town of Follonica.

Il nostro soggiorno da host Leonardo e stato buono. Ad aspettarci c'era la Signora Antonella , molto carina e gentile . La casa era in ordine , pulito e con tutto il necessario Essendo meta Agosto , abbiamo un po girato x parcheggio , tutto sommato siamo stati bene. Se costava un po meno eravamo piu contenti. Appena possibile ci ritorniamo volentieri.

Excellent location. Very clean. It would be nice to have garbage bags in the trash cans, soap and shampoo, more than one roll of toilet paper, and coffee available. Also a bit too much communication from the host before arrival even after I submitted everything online.

Il nostro soggiorno da host Leonardo e stato buono. Ad aspettarci c'era la Signora Antonella , molto carina e gentile . La casa era in ordine , pulito e con tutto il necessario Essendo meta Agosto , abbiamo un po girato x parcheggio , tutto sommato siamo stati bene. Se costava un po meno eravamo piu contenti. Appena possibile ci ritorniamo volentieri.

Excellent location. Very clean. It would be nice to have garbage bags in the trash cans, soap and shampoo, more than one roll of toilet paper, and coffee available. Also a bit too much communication from the host before arrival even after I submitted everything online.
