If you want to spend a happy holiday in a beautiful seaside town like Follonica, Bedo House is the flat for you! It is located right in front of the main beach of Follonica! As soon as you step out of the building you will be just a few steps away from the sea in Follonica! And only 200 metres from the house you will find the free beach. Follonica is in an excellent position if you want to visit the rest of the magnificent region of Tuscany, it is only 2 hours by car (2 hours and a half by train) from the beautiful city of art Florence, just one hour from Pisa and its leaning tower, an hour and a half from Lucca (famous for Lucca Comics in November), half an hour by train and car from nearby Grosseto and, for those who want to visit the beautiful capital of Italy, Rome, is only 2 hours by train (or 2 hours and a half by car). For those who love the peace and quiet of the countryside just a few kilometres away from the flat is the beautiful Tuscan Maremma, all to be discovered and visited. An hour and 40 minutes away, on the other hand, are the splendid thermal baths of Saturnia, for those who love to relax and enjoy a splendid thermal bath. The Bedo House flat, is located on the fourth floor of the condominium, equipped with a lift, thus avoiding guests having to take the stairs. Inside we can find: 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with dining room 1 bathroom, a room that serves as a laundry room and a beautiful balcony with a magnificent sea view. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The Secondary Room is equipped with two single beds, one of which foldaway, in case a fourth bed is not needed. In the Dining Room we can find a magnificent Sofa and a splendid dining table. The Kitchen is new and functional and includes an oven, a gas hob, dishwasher and electric kettle. The balcony with a splendid view of the sea, is equipped, in the warmer periods, with a table and chairs for lunch or dinner with a view of the Tuscan sea. In warmer periods air conditioning has a cost of 5 Euro per day. Heating has a cost of 10 Euro per day, during the periods in which it is permitted by Italian law to use it.

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung war einfach wunderbar – schöner hätte unser Urlaub nicht sein können! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, stilvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der Balkon mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer haben wir jeden Abend sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, sie liegt mitten im Zentrum. Supermärkte, Restaurants, der Strand – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung eignet sich der Ort ideal. Ein großes Lob an unsere Ansprechpartnerin Antonella vor Ort, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar war. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Auch der Kontakt mit Happy Rentals war hervorragend – professionell, freundlich und gut organisiert. Alle Informationen wurden rechtzeitig und klar übermittelt, was uns die Anreise und den Aufenthalt zusätzlich erleichtert hat. Kurz gesagt: Diese Ferienwohnung ist ein echtes Juwel. Polecam to miejsce ze względu na lokalizacje i widok z balkonu. Jeśli chodzi o sam apartament to jak na standard włoski jest całkiem ok, dobrze wyposażony i przestronny. Okolica w miarę spokojna, choć w weekendy wieczorami jest tam głośniej ze względu na dość spory ruch - duży parking tuż pod budynkiem. Zameldowanie było bezproblemowe, a Antonella, która nas wprowadziła, była bardzo miła i komunikatywna. Na miejscu niczego nam nie brakowało i było blisko do sklepów, restauracji i rynku z lokalnymi produktami (bardzo polecamy jedzenie na wynos w Pasta Fresca).

We had a great stay in this lovely, comfortable apartment. It was bright and airy with a great sea view and a lovely balcony. The beds were really comfortable and the whole flat was spotlessly clean. It was a stones throw from the beautiful beach and close to the centre of town for easy access to shops, markets, bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend Leonardo's place and a stay in the lovely town of Follonica.

Il nostro soggiorno da host Leonardo e stato buono. Ad aspettarci c'era la Signora Antonella , molto carina e gentile . La casa era in ordine , pulito e con tutto il necessario Essendo meta Agosto , abbiamo un po girato x parcheggio , tutto sommato siamo stati bene. Se costava un po meno eravamo piu contenti. Appena possibile ci ritorniamo volentieri.

Excellent location. Very clean. It would be nice to have garbage bags in the trash cans, soap and shampoo, more than one roll of toilet paper, and coffee available. Also a bit too much communication from the host before arrival even after I submitted everything online.

Excellent location. Very clean. It would be nice to have garbage bags in the trash cans, soap and shampoo, more than one roll of toilet paper, and coffee available. Also a bit too much communication from the host before arrival even after I submitted everything online.
