The spacious studio enjoys an open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen HDTV with Sky, storage space and a dining table for two. This area also incorporates a small kitchen fitted with an induction hob, an oven and a fridge freezer. Guests will also find various shops, restaurants and public transportation a short walk away. Sleeping The sleeping area is separated from the main living space with floor-to-ceiling curtains and is furnished with comfortable twin joinable beds (can be arranged as a double) and a sofa single bed. The historic upper town features landmarks such as St. Mark's Church with its colourful tiled roof, Lotrščak Tower and the Zagreb Cathedral. For nature lovers, Maksimir Park, the oldest public park in Zagreb, is a 10-minute drive from the property offering a peaceful retreat with lakes, walking paths and a zoo. Visitors can also visit Jarun Lake (a 30-minute drive) for water sports, cycling and jogging, with beaches and cafes to enjoy during the summer months. The medieval Medvedgrad Fortress, which offers panoramic views of the city is a 20-minute drive. Located on the southern slopes of the Medvednica mountain this is a great spot for a short hike. Other popular excursions include a trip to the charming town of Samobor (a 30-minute drive) which is known for its medieval architecture, cobblestone streets and the picturesque Gradna River. I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location couldn't have been better — right in the heart of the city with a supermarket just around the corner and easy access to public transport. There was also huge and lovely park at walkable distance, which made it a great spot to relax and unwind. The apartment itself was spotless — very neat and clean, spacious enough with an especially impressive washroom that felt modern and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, utensils and cutlery, which made cooking super convenient. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, providing all the essentials and even going the extra mile to accommodate additional requests. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay — the building was quiet, secure, and peaceful. Overall, this apartment was a perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The host was very communicative and even shared a video showing how to get through all of the locks. It was a beautiful place and the shower, bathroom, washer, etc were nice enough that we didn't mind the dead bugs all over. We assumed they sprayed and they didn't have time to go back and clean it. However, there was a small dust pan so we just scooped them up! Better dead than alive! The place is super cute and cozy, the AC worked really well, and it felt very safe. The host left us a bottle of wine which was a very lovely touch! The sofa bed is hard on one side, so maybe better for 2 guests. Overall, we recommend.
