Spread across 3 floors, it has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bright living rooms, making it a comfortable getaway for a large group of 12. The first living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, TV, board games and books. It also has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. The other living room offers a fireplace along with a double sofa bed and TV. The indoor dining is set up inside the kitchen with a door that opens onto the balcony with a view. The kitchen is further equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a fridge and freezer, a cooker hob, a microwave and an oven. Outside, there is a lovely private garden with pleasing sea views and hill views. The garden offers sun loungers, a barbeque and open-air dining to have a peaceful retreat. The rental also provides laundry and ironing facilities. It is only 10 minutes from the centre and 20 minutes from the sea. Guests can sunbathe at Spiaggia del Corno which is a 5-minute drive. Lido di Camaiore is a beautiful beach resort to relax and it only takes 17-20 minutes to reach there by car. For nature lovers, Grotta All’onda in the Apuan Alps is ideal for going hiking: you can reach there by car in about 25 minutes. For those who want to explore ancient art and history, Museo D'Arte Sacra is just a 9-minute drive from the house. Not too far from Chiesa San Giovanni Battista e Santo Stefano, the catholic church, is 15 minutes away from here. There are also supermarkets and grocery shops where you can reach in 6-10 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is just 5 minutes away by car in case of any transits. To taste the local food, guests can explore the nearby restaurants (5-12 minutes away by car). The nearest airport is the international airport of Pisa, Aeroporto Galileo Galilei, about 40 minutes’ drive. The area also has pharmacies that are just 5 minutes away by car.
