Wonderful location in the heart of Lugano. No need for a car unless you are leaving the town often. I did have a car and found the parking garage very convenient. Small living area, but perfect for two people. Very well appointed.

Perfectly located in the heart of Lugano, close to restaurants, shops, and the lake. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with Netflix for relaxing in the evenings. Much better value than a hotel. Highly recommend!

المكان رائع جدًا ونظيف وراقي، وكل شيء فيه متوفر. أدوات المطبخ كاملة وموجودة عكس ما قرأت في بعض التعليقات. الشقة مريحة والموقع استراتيجي، تحتك مباشرة كل البراندات العالمية، وتبعد عن البحيرة أقل من 3 دقائق مشي. الافياش بالشقة فيها نوعين سويسري اللي يكون مثلث وفيه ثلاث فتحات وفيه النوع الايطالي اللي يكون دائري وفتحتين فمايحتاج تشتري فيش سويسري زياده تجربة جميلة وأرشح المكان بقوة The place is wonderful — very clean, elegant, and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, unlike what I saw in some reviews. The apartment is comfortable and the location is amazing — right below are all the international brands, and it’s less than a 3-minute walk to the lake. A lovely experience and I highly recommend it.

This is a perfect location if you want to be downtown in the center of everything. Apartment is very spacious, and beds are extremely comfortable - even the pullout couch! Space was very clean and tidy when we arrived and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

David, notre hôte, a toujours été d'un bon support. La localisation était parfaite. C'est un immeuble d'une grande qualité. Tout ce qui était à notre disposition était très fonctionnel. Nous y avons passé 4 semaines; dans ce contexte de plus long séjour, nous nous serions attendu dans la cuisine à des accessoires de plus grande qualité et plus complets: tout était "basic"...presque rien pour cuisiner. Il a fallu tout acheter: sel, poivre, petits contenants, essore salade, éplucheur, etc... Un peu décevant mais pas une catastrophe; nous sommes habitués à ce genre de situation et nous avions déjà dans nos bagages plusieurs éléments manquants. Compte tenu du prix de location, Happy Rentals pourrait facilement combler cette lacune.

Beautifully appointed apartment steps from the funicular in downtown Lugano. Close to restaurants, the lakefront, farmers market, etc. Has everything you need, including full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Luxurious, comfortable and quiet. A jewel!

Comminucation with the accomodation was excellent, especially during stay. Apartment was spotless and very well appointed. Spacious and comfortable (very nice furnishings - all seemed to be brand-new) - very suitable for two couples. Kitchen and bathroom clean with all the mod-cons. Obvioulsy recently redecorated, to a high standard ... and well maintained. Excellent security. Location couldn't be better - right in the middle of Lugano amongst premier shopping brands, lovely resturants and bars .. and a few minutes from the lake. Walkable distance from the train station, but if one has big cases use the funicula which stops very close to the accomodation.

Well appointed, centrally located apartment just a stones throw away from both the lake and train station. It was definitely lovely to return to this property after a day of exploring. Bars and restaurants everywhere, grocery store 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend to others.

Walking through Lugano is always phenomenal, but having a central location and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy makes it that much better! The location could not have been better. Restaurants, gelato, shopping within steps. A lovely bar/cafe below (Fredy’s) supplied ample cappuccinos and pastries for breakfast. The apartment was clean, modern and thoughtfully decorated. Loved it and we will be back!

We loved Novo Emerald! Our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 kids) spent 3 nights at Novo Emerald and were beyond impressed. The property was immaculately clean and had really nice beds and linens. Our youngest child slept on the pull-out couch in living room which was nice quality. The living area was spacious enough for us to have breakfast without feeling cramped, and we enjoyed watching movies on the large TV at night. Best of all was the immediate proximity to the beautiful lakefront areas of Lugano. We walked through Parco Ciani and happened upon a music festival (which we learned are quite frequent). There were innumerable great restaurants and gelaterias within a few minutes’ walk, along with a lovely cafe and grocery just across the way from the apartment entrance. For runners, there are great paths and trails along Lugano lakefront leading up Monte San Salvatore (south) or Monte Bre (northeast). We spent a day in Milan visiting the cathedral and castle; it was an hour drive in our rental car (though train was also an option with a bit longer travel time). There was secure public paid parking located a block from the apartment. All in all, a beautiful and perfectly located apartment for visiting Lugano!

The stay was great. The only downside is the lift wasn't in working condition in case yoi have to take luggage up to the 2nd floor.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser großartigen aber nicht ganz günstigen Wohnung in Lugano zu übernachten und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, schön und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über zwei gemütliche Zimmer sowie ein wunderschönes, modernes Bad. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Lugano ist einfach unschlagbar – alles, was man braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war die Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail. Die Wohnung war nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, von einer Kaffeemaschine bis hin zu Besteck – hier fehlte es an nichts! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Ich fühlte mich wirklich gut betreut und geschätzt. Die persönliche Betreuung machte meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und sorgte dafür, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte.

Everything was great…very clean, great location and safe. My only challenge was the washer. The description states washer and dryer and I could only find the washer. Other than that, the room and stay were great.

The location was great; so close to shops, restaurants, markets, the train station, and the LAKE. The living area and beds were comfortable and the open design of the apartment worked well for us. Unfortunately, we were not advised the elevator was not operational while we were there, which was an issue for one of our group. It would have been nice to have coffee available for at least the first morning, as is common in many vacation rentals these days. The combo washer/dryer located in the basement construction zone was challenging.

Moderen und schöne Wohnung welche zentral gelegen ist. In nur ein paar min zu Fuss entfernt ist die Altstadt von Lugano. Für die An-, Abreise ist man auch gleich bei der Seilbahn, welche zum Bahnhof führt. Das einzige was gestört hat, sind die Lichtschalter im Schlafzimmer, welche blau leuchten und das einschlafen mühsam machen.
