This stunning first-floor apartment is just 500m from Marinella Beach, one of the most popular beaches in Sardinia. The apartment sleeps 6 people and is ideal for friends or family looking for a relaxing beach holiday. The traditional-style resort, which has a shared outdoor pool, is close to the glamorous Costa Smeralda, so after a day on the beach guests can enjoy the lively towns nearby. The apartment has a spacious covered balcony which is partly open and partly glassed in. It acts as a large living/dining area and even has a small kitchenette with a cooker hob and sink. The dining table is perfect for meals al fresco and there is a banquette where guests can relax. Inside there is a comfortable seating area with a sofa and the main kitchen which is equipped with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool and gardens. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has an attractive double bed and a wardrobe. A door leads directly out onto the veranda. There you can rent surfboards, canoes and dinghies. The beach also has several restaurants and cafés, so it is an ideal beach for families looking for active fun. The nearby resort town of Porto Rotondo (8 minutes) is at the southern tip of the famous Costa Smeralda. The town has an internationally renowned marina and cobbled streets packed with fashionable boutiques, restaurants and bars. During the summer months, the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning. Alternatively, in Olbia (15 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. Olbia also offers plenty of options for entertainment and some lively cafés in the Piazza Matteotti. Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. The port in Golfo Aranci has a ferry service to Livorno in Tuscany.
