The spacious, rustic veranda is stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, making it the ideal spot for sun-downers or just reading a good book. There is also a dining area for meals al fresco, overlooking the lush gardens. The interiors of the apartment are equally appealing. The main living area has an elegant sofa and even a piano. There is a second, cosier living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV. This also opens out onto the terrace. Next to the first living area is a small dining room and then there is a separate, modern kitchen. This is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has an attractive double bed and a large wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and flat-screen TV Bedroom 3: This cosy room has a single sofa bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. It is a scenic 15-minute walk around the seafront to the centre of the resort. The town has excellent restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as exclusive boutiques. From June to August the town hosts “Porto Rotondo in Fiera” a delightful street market that takes place every Wednesday morning. Alternatively, in Olbia, you can explore vibrant farmers' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (20 minutes). Otherwise, for self-catering, there are supermarkets and smaller shops close by. Some of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches are close by, including Spiaggia Rudargia (8 minute walk); Spiaggia Punta Volpe (6-minute drive) and Marinella Bay (8-minute drive). They are known for their soft sand and crystal-clear water. Olbia airport is just a 20-minute drive. If you are coming by ferry then the port of Golfo Aranci (16 minutes) has ferries to Livorno in Tuscany.
