Casa Giovanni, thanks to its location, enjoys an optimal climate in any season: in winter the house is equipped with radiators placed in every room of the house; in summer the temperature (both the external one given by the vegetation, and the internal one) is pleasant (also by virtue of the fact that the structure is very old) generally or except for rare days of exceptional heat, at night you can sleep well with the windows open, there are still fans in every room. Casa Giovanni is the perfect destination for those who want to spend their holidays in absolute peace and quiet, breathing fresh air and staying away from city traffic, but still just a few kilometres from the sea of Versilia! Its location is ideal as a starting point, as it is halfway between Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the 5 Terre. It is a detached house of ancient construction and is divided into 2 independent units. The style of the upper unit, Appartamento Giovanni, is stately antique with some frescoed ceilings, mosaic floors and the walls have been 'scraped' so as to bring out the original colours and decorations. The house is located in a hamlet called 'Salapreti' in the immediate hills of Camaiore, in a quiet setting, only 2 km from the centre and 15 minutes from the sea. The upper part of the house, which is on 2 floors, is accessed from a sea-view terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed, TV and some board games and books, a kitchen with oven, microwave oven, induction hob, kettle, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi and washing machine. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with a French bed (130cm wide) and a bathroom with shower. Wi-FI is available in the house. Outside there are: , wood-burning oven for making pizza and 2 terraces with sunbeds, one of which has a barbecue. YOU ARE WELCOME AT CASA GIOVANNI! For parking there is a space on the property shared with the owners and neighbours about 20 metres from the entrance. One small or medium-sized dog is allowed by prior notice at the time of booking.
