Il est important de savoir que cet appartement se situe dans le cœur historique de la ville de Sanremo appelée la Pigna qui est magnifique avec ses dédales de petites rues et ses placettes. C'est une prouesse d'avoir réussi à faire un logement aussi coquet car ici tout se porte à la main et du coup on mesure le travail effectué...Pour baigner dans un Sanremo authentique, populaire et artistique c'est un lieu idéal que nous recommandons.

La struttura è ben posizionata rispetto al centro di Sanremo e alle spiagge. Tuttavia arrivarci con le valigie non è particolarmente comodo o facile essendo tutta la strada in salita e non avendo possibilità di arrivarci in auto. Era ben arredata.

Väldigt bra pris i ett fint område. Nära till allt och bra placerat mitt i Gamla stan. Lägenheten är rätt liten och det var uppenbart väldigt fuktigt. Luktade fuktigt så fort du klev innanför dörren och ingenting torkade. Värt att tänka på att sängen är en bäddsoffa och inte en speciellt skön sådan. Jag hade inte valt att jobba härifrån då WiFi var mycket ostabilt. Läget och priset var bra, lägenheten var ok.

The place was okay overall, but there were a few things to note. The bathroom photo in the listing seems outdated—there are no longer any blue “flowers” on the ceiling, and the ceiling itself is quite low, around 185–190 cm. It would have been helpful if this had been mentioned in the description, especially for taller guests. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for our stay of 5 days, which wasn’t quite enough. However, the host was very responsive and promptly brought us more when we asked. If you're planning to cook, be aware that the kitchen is very minimally equipped. There was no cutting board or proper cutting knife, and no basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, or pepper. While there was a coffee percolator, there was no coffee provided, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the check-in instructions were clear, the location was great, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Overall, I’d recommend this place for a short stay.
