On the 3rd floor (with lift) of a new residence, the apartment sleeps up to 4 people in comfort. The airy, open-plan apartment is beautifully furnished with modern pieces. The sitting room has a large sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the private balcony. Here guests can relax with a drink or cup of coffee, enjoying the peaceful nature around them. The newly fitted kitchen/dining room is adjacent to the sitting area. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and kettle. So catering is a breeze. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a contemporary double bed, with large wardrobes and a dressing table. Bedroom 2: This light bedroom is furnished with a double bed and extensive storage. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. Bathroom The bathroom is attractively tiled with modern fittings including a shower, basin, WC and washing machine. Additional • Free wifi • Digital TV • Air conditioning (in living room) • Washing machine • Hair dryer • Child-friendly • Suitable for elderly guests • Outdoor seating • Private garage parking, car essential Location The quiet town of Krapinske Toplice is surrounded by lush green hills which offer some excellent hiking routes, through unspoiled countryside. The Zagorje region is known for its stunning landscapes and forests. The town has several supermarkets and grocery stores where guests will find all they need for self-catering. Krapina (20 minutes) is famous for the archaeological site of Husnjakovo Hill, one of the most important Neanderthal sites in the world. The town’s Neanderthal Museum offers an interesting insight into Neanderthal life and makes a fascinating day out. Aquae Vivae thermal spa and water park is 100 metres away. There is something for everyone, from a large water park with multiple swimming pools and water slides to a thermal spa with massages and other therapies. Central Zagreb is just 1 hour away. The city’s museums, cathedral and markets make an ideal day trip. Franjo Tudman International Airport in Zagreb is a 1 hour 5 minute drive away.

Povsem nov apartma. Opremljen z vsem kar potrebujete. Parkiranje v garaži in z dvigalom praktično do vhoda apartmaja. Povsem mirno tako čez dan kot tudi ponoči. V kuhinji na voljo tudi detergent za posodo, vrečke, tableti za pomivalni stroj itd.. Rolete so na vseh oknih za dolgo jutranje spanje. Ledomat na hladilniku je bi praktičen v času vročinskega val.
