Ideally set up for alfresco living Villa Laura comfortably sleeps 6 guests and features a spacious terrace that overlooks the rooftops to the Gulf of Cannigione. Here guests can relax with a morning coffee and enjoy lazy meals after a day at the beach. Inside, the air-conditioned apartment enjoys an open-plan living area, which is furnished with; a sofa, a dining table, a flat-screen digital TV and features large French Doors that open onto the terrace. This room also incorporates a kitchen fitted; with a cooker hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Sleeping: Bedroom 1: The peaceful master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features a double bed, direct access to the terrace, and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom also enjoys direct access to the terrace, has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Originally a quiet fishing village the town has become a popular tourist destination. Both Pontile Albatros Marina and La Sciumara Beach are a 10-minute walk/3-minute drive away from the property. The town’s historic centre offers exclusive boutiques and many excellent restaurants and cafés. In the summer months (starting in June) Cannigione hosts a night market where you can find a wide variety of local crafts and fresh produce. The closest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away and there are two supermarkets within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Further up the coast is the Port of Palau (a 22-minute drive), from here guests can take a ferry to the Maddalena Archipelago National Park, a protected marine area famous for its beautiful islands, beaches and diverse marine life. There are also boat tours and rental services available from the marina. The closest international airport is Olbia Airport is a 35-minute drive from the apartment.

Sehr gemütliches, geräumiges Appartement. Alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, es waren keine Liegen auf Terrasse vorhanden, damit man mal gemütlich in der Sonne liegen kann. Aber sonst hat wirkliche alles gepasst und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Villa Laura è un posto meraviglioso per una vacanza rilassante a Cannigione. La casa è bellissima, con una veranda che offre una vista spettacolare sul mare. Eravamo in sei e siamo stati comodissimi. Un grazie speciale a Sofia dell’agenzia, sempre gentile, disponibile e pronta a rispondere con chiarezza a ogni domanda. Il prezzo è sicuramente importante, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo rimane davvero ottimo. Consigliatissima!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison offre de l'espace et des rangements. L'espace extérieur permet de profiter de la vue. On a apprécié pouvoir garer la voiture dans un espace privé et se rendre dans le centre du village à pied. Cannigione est un lieu idéal pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne. Cette ville offre aussi de belles prestations : commerces, marché, plages et restaurants.

We highly recommend this place - we were a group of 6, the apartment was quite spacious with its 3 bedrooms, with comfortable beds and nicely equipped. The communication was very easy and all messages nicely and promptly answered. You can easily walk to Cannigioni center or take the car to visit the surroundings. The view in the balcony is quite nice to have meals outside, but since there are neighbors even just talking makes some noise at night, so we only did it the first night to avoid disturbing them. Minor detail for improvement was the fact that the listing mentioned that it provided the basics and we didn't have any shower/hands gel nor garbage bags, as well as only a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, which for a short stay doesn't make much sense, specially when we arrived late at night.

Wir waren 12 Tagen da (4 Erwachsene+2 Kinder) und es war einfach Klasse. Die Lage ist ruhig, privat und die Aussicht von der Terrasse einfach atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sehen größer in den Bilder aus, aber uns hat es gereicht - wir waren die meisten Zeit sowieso auf der Terrasse. 2 Bäder sind immer vorteilhaft, die Küche sah neu aus und es fällt nichts von der Ausstattung. Klima ist auch ein Pluspunkt. Wir haben für's Bad und die Spülmaschine kleine Anfangssets gefunden - danke dafür. Sonst, muss man alles selbst neu kaufen- haben natürlich auch alle Reste dort stehen gelassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, unkompliziert und er war hilfsbereit. Falls wir wieder nach Sardinien kommen, definitiv ist Villa Laura unsere Wahl. Es liegt optimal zwischen Olbia und Palau und man findet immer etwas zu tun.
