The city is also known for its beautiful beaches the nearest, Lido Sanremo is a 12-minute walk, whilst Beach Italo Calvino is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Adventurers can enjoy exploring the Lungomare Sanremo trail on foot or can rent bikes from nearby stores. Visitors will also find several restaurants a 5-minute walk away and three supermarkets less than a 10-minute walk from the property. Very practical little apartment. Super comfy bed, hot water, great little kitchenette. Everything worked and every detail is perfect. I had not realized that the space has very little natural light, but it is really quite perfect even so. It's a steep walk every direction from the door, so be prepared.

Le logement n’est ABSOLUMENT PAS adapté aux personnes en situation d’handicap physique. Lieu où récupérer les clefs très mal indiqué. La Clim ne climatise pas vraiment car sortie d’air très chaud dans la pièce en bas de l’escalier (intérieur de l’appart). Odeur forte de canalisation dans la douche ainsi que poussière et saleté autour des toilettes. L’appartement est exacte aux photos, et reste malgré tout bien placé dans SanRemo (attention très nombreux escaliers pour l’atteindre)

Die Wohnung war preislich absolut in Ordnung. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert, es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, und auch die Küchenausstattung war komplett – alles zum Kochen war da, Kühlschrank funktionierte gut. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber, auch Toilettenpapier und Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Einige kleine Mängel gab es dennoch: Unter dem Bett fanden wir noch Haarspangen und Klammern von Vorgängern, also wurde dort wohl nicht gründlich gereinigt. Außerdem hat das Gefrierfach nicht funktioniert – Eiswürfel gingen, aber Eiscreme blieb nicht gefroren. Wissen sollte man auch: Das Zimmer hat kein natürliches Licht, der Zugang erfolgt über ca. 50 Treppenstufen. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten in San Remo sind sehr schwierig, praktisch nur über ein Parkhaus zu lösen, das etwa 18 € pro Tag kostet. Insgesamt aber ein guter Aufenthalt mit funktionierender Ausstattung und fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
