L'appartamento e molto bello e acogliente, ma mancava alcuni utensili della cucina, come la padella, coltello e anche una sopa o.as Aspirapolvere, per mantenere l'appartamento pulito durante il soggiorno. Comunque è Stata una bella esperienza e anche l'ubicazione vicino a tutti i servizi principali.

Perfect location of our apartment (str.Merlina,8) , 15 min walking to city park and city centre, near home few places to eat , very close gas station and supermarket COOP , gas station is open till 10:00 p.m , you can also buy there all products you need (Sunday open). Apartment is cleaned good , at home you have everything the most necessary (one minus very old frying pan and knives) . We are very satisfied of our stay there, I can recommend 👌👌👌👍👍👍

Nous étions quatre filles de passage 3 jours à Lugano et nous avons adoré l’appartement. Il est très facile d’accès, bien équipé, fidèle aux photos et surtout très propre. L’emplacement était calme et proche du centre ville. Nous avons manqué de rien et le parking sous-terrain est un bon bonus. Nous nous sommes également senties en sécurité dans le quartier. Il n’y a eu aucun problème d’organisation pour récupérer et déposer les clés. L’agence n’est pas très loin de l’appartement (surtout en voiture). Les employés de l’agence sont également très sympathiques. Nous vous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour un bon séjour à Lugano. Un sans faute !

Sehr modernes und sauberes Appartement in einem modernen Gebäude. Alles lief ohne Probleme. Der Parkplatz war etwas eng und der Check-In und Check-Out etwas kompliziert, da man den Schlüssel in einem Büro in der Innenstadt abholen und abgeben musste. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient to everywhere with bus for only couple of stops. Clean and pleasant apartment. During checkout please make sure to add 30ish minutes if you have to go to train station by bus because guests needs to drop the key to the office where you pickup the key, the lady at the office is super nice!

We arrived on Friday afternoon and stayed till Monday. Building is new very easily accessible and in a very nice location. Walking distance to lots of nice restaurants. Buses go every few mins so it’s very convenient to hop on one and explore surrounding area. Definitely don’t miss the ferry ride. The appointment it self was beautiful, super clean, modern and quite. The only glitch we had was that we went to the building first. Didn’t realize we have to stop by the office to pick up the key. That wasn’t a big deal at all because the office was 10 mins walk from the building. Overall very satisfied!

Positive: The apartment is clean, great location. Happy Rentals answered our questions. All in all, we are happy with our stay and would come back again. Negative: The apartment does not have an AC. It would be beneficial to leave an extra garbage bag and dishwasher tablets.

Кожного року зупиняємось тут,тільки завжди проблема з смітниковими пакетами оскільки орендуємо житло на 6-7ночей і цього замало тим більше цього разу нас було троє осіб також для трьох було замало виделок. А взагальному апартаменти хороші.Наступного року коли приїдемо надіюсь наші побажання будуть враховані. Дякую за гостинність!

Overall had a good experience Pros: Fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to several supermarkets and all essentials. The center of Lugano is a pleasant 15-minute walk along the river and lakeside. Parking available a plus Elevator access. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Great shower and a reasonably comfortable mattress. Fully equipped kitchen with a good-sized fridge, oven, hob, and decent cookware. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch! Washington machine was great. Cons: The Wi-Fi was unfortunately very poor during my stay. As someone working remotely, I struggled to complete important tasks. This could be a dealbreaker for business travelers. The mattress didn’t have a cover and didn’t appear super clean. General cleanliness was okay, but the shower edges could use a deep clean, the bidet handle was loose, and some light maintenance is needed. Overall, the apartment has great potential and is in a wonderful location.

Kommunikation war super, Unterkunft hatte eine gut erreichbare Lage und sonst Bussstation 5min entfernt, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Parkplatz war dabei und Apartment war modern eingerichtet. Teilweise war es etwas staubig, das hätte besser sauber gemacht werden können und das Geschirr wurde nicht richtig abgewaschen.

L’appartamento si trova in una struttura che sembra nuova ed anche gli arredi sono nuovi. C’è tutto ciò che serve in cucina, ci sono anche lavatrice, stendino e ferro da stiro. Molto carente la pulizia, abbiamo trovato polvere ragni e ragnatele non che degli insetti più comunemente chiamati “ pesciolini d’argento”, la casa ne è invasa . La prima notte ne abbiamo uccisi una 15ina. Abbiamo scritto una mail senza ricevere risposta.

Comfortable stay, with a little bit less convenient check-in and check-out process than usual (you have to pick up and drop off the keys at an office location about 15 minutes walking distance from the Airbnb).

El apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones. Tiene lavadora, lavavajillas y smart-tv. La cama es comoda y cuenta con plaza de parking subterráneo de fácil acceso en el mismo edificio. Está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. No nos gustó, tener que desplazarnos a una dirección diferente para recoger y dejar las llaves, el exceso de instrucciones y normas con advertencias de cargos extra en caso de no cumplirlos, ni los horarios de entrada y salida. No obstante, recomendamos el apartamento

Super Lage direkt an der Universität. Der Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Platz in der Tiefgarage ist für große Autos eher komplizierter (da sehr eng), aber es klappt und man hat somit eine super Möglichkeit ohne extra Kosten in Lugano zu parken. Von der Wohnung erreicht man die Innenstadt, den Park und den See in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.
