The recently renovated apartment with brand new facilities is located in a quiet locality and is ideal for up to 5 guests. Suitable for children and the elderly, this mountain-view holiday apartment offers access to a shared garden, partial lake view and a private terrace with an outside dining area. Its spacious living room is furnished with a single sofa bed, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen-diner. The bright and well-lit kitchen area is fitted with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The modern bedroom offers access to the terrace and has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. The nearest restaurant is a short walk away. The nearest town, Menaggio (about 4 kilometers) is a popular tourist town that attracts visitors from around the globe. It offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the pleasant Lake Como, take a stroll along its promenade, explore the region on hiking and cycling routes and a host of water sports. The main town square has a lovely cluster of cafes and historical centers that are worth exploring. The well-developed transport system, especially the ferry service, allows visitors to easily visit other lake towns such as Bellagio (38 minutes) and Varenna (42 minutes). Malpensa Airport is about 91 kilometers’ drive from the holiday apartment.

Spacious apartments with a wonderful terrace. The apartments have a parking space, which I think is very important. They are located a bit further from the center of Menaggio. However, for those who don’t mind walking and going uphill, it’s a great way to take a hiking after a delicious Italian dinner.
