A charming villa, set in extensive grounds with stunning views over the Gulf of Cugnana and unspoiled countryside. This villa is an idyllic retreat for 2 people. It has lovely outdoor space and has been carefully decorated throughout. The airy open plan living area has a sofa, traditional corner fireplace (not in use), flatscreen TV, pretty white dining table and a newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a moka coffee maker. Glass doors lead from the living room to a beautiful, shaded terrace, where guests can dine al fresco and enjoy unrivalled views over the sea. There is second veranda with a large BBQ and stone table. Sleeping The fresh master bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. An extra bed can be provided at an additional cost. Bathroom The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, basin, WC and washing machine. Extra: There is also an outdoor shower. The famous Rena Bianca beach on the Costa Smeralda is only 10 minutes away, whilst the jet-set resort of Porto Cervo is 20 minutes. Porto Rotondo (15 minutes) is known for its marina, but during the summer months the town hosts a weekly (Wednesday) crafts market where you can find many local crafts and stylish fashion accessories. Olbia's port and airport are about 20 minutes away.

This small villa was a peaceful and quiet place to stay during our time in North Sardinia. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious and clean. There's also a nice view of the sea and plenty of outdoor seating. The wi-fi, AC and washing machine all worked and the kitchen was well-equipped. There is parking available inside. The check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy and the property management were prompt in responding to questions and letting us know about the property. It's very conveniently located, around a 15-20 minute drive from Olbia, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci, and Porto Cervo, and is a perfect option for a more affordable place to stay in what can be quite an expensive area.

Fabulous villa for two! Very well equipped and comfortable! Lovely views across the sea to Porto Rotondo peninsular! 15 minutrs from a fabulous beach. Marco, agent for Happy Holidays, was excellent and kept in touch with us throughout! We shall certainly stay at Bella Vista when we return to Sardinia!

Wir haben uns toll gefühlt. Der Ausblick war toll vom Haus auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, wir wollten etwas außerhalb hausen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos mit einem Schlüsselcode. Die Gastgeberin informierte uns rechtzeitig über den Ablauf. Parken konnte man direkt am Haus mit einem separaten Tor (die Villa nebenan hatte ein eigenes Tor zum Befahren der Einfahrt). Durch einen Sichtschutz hatte man Ruhe vor Nachbarn und war total für sich. Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Strände etc. haben wir mit dem Mietwagen angefahren. In dem Haus hatten wir totale Ruhe. Die Ausstattung war gut. Tolle Aussicht.

La dependance gode di una splendida vista sul golfo di Cugnana. È molto “coccola” adatta per due persone, tuttavia ci sono alcuni dettagli che andrebbero curati maggiormente. Ad esempio davanzali, finestre e patio esterno andrebbero puliti a fondo, mobilio un po’ vecchio, tv che funziona a singhiozzo (e prende solo la Rai). La cosa positiva è stata la disponibilità dell’host nella risoluzione delle problematiche.
