Well equipped chalet-type property. The property was out of town close to some of the uphill forest trails so ideal if you wanted to get straight on to the mountains.

A very authentic Mountain cabin! Very private and away from the mayhem of the town centre. It is a bit of a walk to get to restaurants, shops, busses, etc but we adjusted to the walk well right away. Plan transportation if you are arriving by bus/train - no Uber and taxis are few and far between and a complete rip off at €25 for a 1.2km ride. The cabin is very well stocked and has a large deck - perfect for enjoying the stars at night! All in all it was a wonderful stay if you like privacy.

Якщо ні - шукайте помешкання в самому Шамоні. Монблан можна побачити майже з усіх локацій, В самому Шамоні є все - і магазини, і ресторани,

Un logement très bien placé et avec une superbe vue! Pour ce qui est du logement en lui même, un trop petit réfrigérateur, une table de terrasse bien trop petite, manque d’un transat également. Nous somme arrivé avec le pommeau de douche monté à l’envers ne faisant pas couler l’eau de la douche abondamment… heureusement que je suis un peu bricoleur. Également la barre pour ouvrir et fermer les velux est cassée. Il y a un canapé qui se déplie uniquement en le décalant de l’escalier et donc prenant toute la place du salon… Il n’y a pas d’huile/vinaigre/sel/poivre comme indiqué dans la description. Il y’a uniquement une lumière par détection sur la terrasse(plutôt embêtant). Malgré tout ces petits hic, nous avons passé un superbe séjour au pied du mont blanc, il y a un sentier à récupérer par le fond de la résidence qui emmène directement sur la cascade du dard et sur le glacier des bossons. Accès direct à chamonix centre après 15/20 min à pied.

Positiv: Wir haben uns in der kleinen Hütte sehr wohl gefühlt. Größe und Ausstattung waren optimal für zwei Personen. Die Lage ist angenehm mit Zugang zum Wald und einigen Wanderwegen. Die Terrasse ist groß, von dort hat man super Blick auf die Berge. Chamonix kann man in ca 15 Minuten über einen kleinen, versteckten Weg gut erreichen. Kritik: auch wenn die Kommunikation zur Verwaltung schnell war und immer reagiert wurde, konnten unsere Anliegen nicht wirklich gelöst werden. Die Dusche war die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht funktionsfähig, was wir mehrfach anmerkten. Das wurde auf den Wasserbetrieb und „Reparaturen“ geschoben. Da es hier jedoch schon mal genannt wurde, ist es vermutlich bekannt, sehr ärgerlich. Die Waschmaschine hat die Wäsche schmutziger gemacht als sie vorher war und auf die Nachfrage, nach neuem Spülmittel und Geschirrtuch, wurde uns dieses verwehrt, obwohl das Geschirr bei Auszug gewaschen sein soll! Den Müll mussten wir selbst zum Müllplatz fahren.

Joli chalet,bien aménagé dans un très bel environnement.Parking au pied du logement. Logement très propre. Malheureusement fuite d’eau dans le lavabo et la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas (malgré l’intervention très rapide du technicien,nous n’avons pu obtenir que 3 chaînes de télévision.)

7/10 ...it could have been a 9/10. l have 3 comments..the stairs (a climb a box solution) to the bed is narrow..tricky for someone who needs to go down to the toilets at night. 2 the water to the showers is trickling...needs better pump/pressure. Finally the smell; a after ski sweat smell which u get when u taje the bus was all over the apt. If these 3 are looked into for sure the plaxe would be excellent. Good notes: full kitchen appliance, very nice veranda, quiet, good location, good price...thx

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this small cottage. It was clean, somewhat walkable, with excellent hiking access. We appreciated the privacy of the outdoor patio, and the presence of a (small) washing machine. Those with mobility issues should steer clear because the bed in the loft is only accessible by climbing a set of box shelves. We did have a few issues. It is unclear how to access the property by foot. It turns out there is a trail that goes right to it (20-minute walk from Chamonix), but this isn't obvious from maps, and the instructions provided are written for travel by car. Also, though there is a washing machine, the host didn't provide us with any detergent, instead giving us a dishwashing tablet, even though there is no dishwasher.

lovely little cabin, very peaceful surroundings and stunning views of the mountains. a little hard to get to from chamonix if walking with luguage, but by car would be easy.

The accommodation was clean, with good kitchen equipment and in a peaceful location. However, as stated in other reviews there are three main problems: If arriving by foot, the instructions to get the property are incorrect. There is no direct path to the property without walking alongside a very busy road. The bedroom is hard to access. I have good mobility so it wasn't a problem but if you have any mobility issues you will have problems. There is also a dangerous gap next to the stairs that would cause a serious injury if you fell down it in the night. Finally, and the biggest issue was the very poor water pressure. This meant the shower was almost useless. The local team came out but said it was a recent problem (untrue as previous reviews indicate) and could not be resolved. This problem should be added to the property description. No solution or compensation was offered so I'm quite disappointed. For the last problem alone I would not recommend this property.
