However, we also recommend having your own car, as bus timetables are limited and taxis on lake Como are expensive. We have checked and the amounts correspond exactly to the total indicated on Booking.com. If you require any further clarification regarding the payments, you may contact our accounting department directly at accounts@happy.rentals As for the extra non-EU bank charges, these depend on your bank’s policies and the conditions applied to your card for international transactions. We are also sorry if the information inside the property was not clear enough. We will check with the local team to ensure that all necessary instructions (Wi-Fi details, appliance usage, waste disposal, etc.) are properly available in the house for future guests.
