The sitting room is furnished with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. French windows lead directly onto the garden. An open staircase leads up to the mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. The airy kitchen/dining room is down a short flight of steps and is decorated in a similar style with partly plastered walls and contemporary/rustic furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, large fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Plus a large dining table with 4 chairs. Double doors open onto the terrace. The closest supermarket is a 7-minute drive away and the beautiful lakeside monastery Santa Caterina del Sasso (5-minute drive). Visitors seeking total relaxation can head to one of the nearby lakeside beaches including Cerro Beach (7-minute drive), the pretty family-friendly beach of Reno (a 5-minute drive) or Arolo Beach (4-minute drive), Guree Beach within walking distance. The marina in Laveno Mombello (a 10-minute drive) also offers water taxis, recreational boating activities and a picturesque waterfront promenade lined with cafes, restaurants, shops and gelaterias.
