This attractive villa for 10 people, combines indoor and outdoor living, with shaded verandas, terraces and a fenced garden. Just 500 metres from the beach, it is the perfect holiday option for family or friends who want to enjoy this lovely part of Italy.
The villa’s layout ensures that guests can holiday together but maintain some privacy and independence. Bedrooms can be accessed from the garden as well as from an indoor corridor. There is also an annexe with another bedroom and seating area. The spacious front veranda is furnished with a table and chairs for meals al fresco. Glass doors lead off this veranda into both the living room and the kitchen.
Inside, the sitting room has a sofa and a corner fireplace. An arched door leads to the airy kitchen which is well-appointed with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
The annexe has a separate shaded terrace with armchairs and a swing. Next to this, there is a smaller table and chairs shaded by a lush tree for coffee or an aperitivo. Outdoor stairs lead up to the roof where there are sunloungers and a swingseat where guests can relax in the sun. Alternatively, guests can enjoy the hammock hung between the pine trees in the garden.
Sleeping
There are three bedrooms in the main villa, two with a double bed and wardrobe and one with 2 single beds. The rooms with the double beds open directly onto the garden.
The fourth bedroom is in the annexe across the courtyard. This spacious room is furnished with a double bed and has an adjacent seating area.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms. One in the main part of the house and the second off the courtyard. Both have showers, basins, bidets and WC's. There is a 3rd spacious shower off the courtyard which is ideal after a day on the beach.

Location
The villa is surrounded by trees but is just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Spiaggiabella is known for its fine white sand and gentle gradient, so the sea is ideal for children and non-swimmers. The beach has free areas and other parts where you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas for the day. The beach at Lido Bacino Idume also has canoes for rental and kite surfing or surfing for more adventurous holidaymakers.
The area is part of the Natural Park of Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio so guests can explore the wetlands and woods, full of birds and rare plants.
For self-catering there is a small supermarket just 2 minutes walk from the villa, alternatively, there is the farmers market in Lecce (20 minutes) every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, where you can find the best local ingredients.
The city of Lecce, the “Florence of the South”, is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.
The closest airport is Salento Airport, in Brindisi - just 40 minutes away by car.
