A charming, semi-detached villa for 4 people, which encourages guests to enjoy outdoor living. With its own garden and shaded veranda, the villa makes an ideal base for a family or friends who want a relaxing holiday in the popular resort of Torre dell’Orso.
Access to the villa is via the spacious veranda which looks out over the lawn. The veranda is well-furnished with comfortable armchairs and a sofa, plus a dining area for meals al fresco and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. French windows lead into the spacious indoor living area. Here guests will find a large corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and another dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: The light-filled master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and French windows leading out onto a private balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs where guests can relax with a cup of coffee.
Bedroom 2: The bright second bedroom has a single bed, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe.
Studio Room: Adjacent to bedroom 2, this studio room has a wardrobe and a sofa which converts into a single bed.
Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: There is an outdoor shower, which is very useful after a day on the beach.

Location
The town of Torre dell’Orso is blessed with fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the coast. The town is a laid-back resort with a few clubs and many excellent restaurants catering to all budgets and tastes. There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance from the villa.
The house is a 4-minute walk from the Giardini del Sole sports complex which offers many different sports including mini-golf, tennis, volleyball and five-a-side football.
The city of Lecce (25 minutes) is famous for its wonderful Baroque architecture as well as its Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit, not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping. For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car.
