This one-bedroom holiday home for 2 enjoys a fantastic location on the third floor and proximity to all essential self-catering amenities and the vibrant and charming downtown Lugano. Inside, the modern apartment has a bright living room with a wooden dining table and a Smart TV. This is complemented by a well-equipped kitchenette to make sure you have everything for a comfortable self-serviced holiday. A coffee machine, microwave, fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and an oven are available for your use. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bright and modern bedroom has a double bed, flat-screen TV and wardrobe. Bathroom Bathroom 1: The full bathroom features a shower and WC. Additional • Free wifi • Pets allowed on request • Car not necessary • Central Heating • Ironing Facilities Please note that parking is free but at dusk. There is also paid street parking but for a maximum of 2 hours and overnight from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. parking is free. Location The apartment is in the centre of Lugano. Within a 10-minute walk, guests can soak up the lively and vibrant scene at Lugano’s historic centre, with its beautiful lakeshore Parco Ciani, museums, San Lorenzo Cathedral, Lido di Lugano, multi-national cuisine restaurants and the terraces of Piazza della Riforma along with Lido di Lugano. For nature and history lovers, the Olive Tree Hiking Trail and Lido San Domenico are just a 10-minute drive away. For visiting the other towns on Lugano Bay, the SBB FFS train is an ideal mode connecting Paradiso, Agno, Melide and visiting attractions like the Swissminiatur, the Hermann Hesse Museum and the prettiest village of Switzerland, Morcote. For day trips, the capital of Ticino, Bellinzona is just a 35-minute drive and the beautiful Ponte dei Salti of Verzasca Valley is a 60-minute drive. The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately a 75-minute drive.

Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sehr gut. Ein ‚richtiges‘ Bett fehlt, das Schlafsofa hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt und ist ziemlich ausgelegen. Außerdem wäre ein kleiner Wäscheständer zum trocknen von Badezeug schön.

Friendly staff we asked for more pillows and towels as we booked four nights and were given two pillows that cannot really be considered pillows and only one shampoo and one body wash and only two capsules of coffee we were two people and for four nights we expected not the one night treatment. They did offer a bottle of prosecco that was a nice touch but please replace the sofa bed with a proper bed and mattress.

Apartment was in a good location close to the lake & 10 minute walk from town centre. It did have a bit of a drain smell and was a bit tired/could use some updating. Sofa bed was OK, very flat pillows but all in all ok for what it is. Might be useful to note that apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no lift
