Great location. Can walk to the lake in 6-7 mins. Beautiful part of town. Perfect for 3-4 people. Kitchen is stocked but maybe washing liquid has to be bought by guests. Other amenities as described in the listing. Had a comfortable stay, thanks to Sonja.

The location was very nice. We only had to walk 2 minutes to the bus. Also the bathroom was nice.

Splendida soluzione a pochi passi dalla riva del lago di Lugano il quartiere come immaginavo è molto signorile e tutti i servizi sono a portata di mano. È stato un peccato trascorrere solo pochi giorni a Lugano perché è una città che merita veramente di essere conosciuta in profondità. Consiglio a tutti questa soluzione perché vale la pena in tutti i sensi. Anche il servizio dell’oste è stato impeccabile

The location is great and near to everything. The only thing I can complain about is the sleep situation, the bed sofa and the bed for one person are extremely uncomfortable, thats the big minus Point. I booked for 4 persons but only 3 had space to lay. For an extra bed I should pay extra, I didn’t do that because it looked more uncomfortable than the ones there. All in all a very good located apartment, all you need to do is doing something about the sleep situation.

L’alloggio è stato facile da trovare, il self check in facile e la postazione è vicinissima al lago e al centro congressi. Unica pecca: avevo modificato la prenotazione aggiungendo un ospite più di 24 ore prima, ma l’altra postazione letto non era stata preparata e ho provveduto da sola. Ho contattato i numeri forniti e ho avuto risposta il giorno dopo: tuttavia, erano le 7 di sera e quindi fuori dagli orari di lavoro. Credo sarebbe utile inserire un contatto d’emergenza. Cristian comunque è stato molto disponibile e gentile per tutte le richieste e raccomanderei questo alloggio per girare comodamente a piedi Lugano, soprattutto se siete diretti al Centro Congressi.

The location is excellent. Otherwise, there are some nuances. At the time of booking, the description indicated the availability of free parking on the street (for us, this was one of the main parameters). In fact, it turned out that it is almost impossible to park a car on the street, with an unclear payment system. Public underground parking nearby is very expensive. At the moment, free parking has already been removed from the description. It is very uncomfortable to sleep two on the fold-out sofa. There was no coffee maker, which was in the description. All the pots are scratched, there are no such basic utensils as a plastic or wooden spatula (to cook something in a frying pan) or a cutting board to cut cheese or meat. Other commentators also described other details. Despite everything, we managed to have a good time in Lugano. A good option for 2-3 people (there were 4 of us) for a couple of days to get to know Lugano.

The apartment is very nice and everything was well organized. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the heater didn't work and it was very cold inside. Before booking this apartment, I had read a review from another guest that it didn't have hot water and I was worried. However, the shower had hot water and it was possible to bathe without suffering, but it wasn't very hot. The price of the stay, compared to other offers in the region, was excellent. Despite the downsides, it was very worthwhile and I recommend it

+ Lage + Sauberkeit + Kommunikation via AirBnb + Preis (verglichen zu Hotels in der Region) - Kommunikation mit dem local team via Whats App - Zu wenig Besteck, Schlafkissen, grosse Tücher für 4 Personen - Die Matrazen sind eher dünn (ausser die vom Bett) Das einzige Bett war kaputt, wir haben es gemeldet und ca. 25% rückerstattet bekommen, was ich fair fand - also Kundenservice toll! Wir sind eher unkompliziert und erwarten kein Luxus. Für Reisende wie uns empfehle ich diese Unterkunft. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.

Zone centrale, à proximité des transports en commun. Initialement la machine à café prévue n'y était pas mais après demande elle a été apportée par l'agent sur place.

Ausgesprochen zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Außergewöhnlich schönes Bad, Wohnung war sehr sauber. Aber in 2 Nächten der insgesamt 3 Übernachtungen extreme Ruhestörung bis nach Mitternacht durch Nachbarn in den oberen Etagen (Hundegebell, Umzug zwischen den oberen Etagen, laute Unterhaltungen, Gepolter, mehrfacher Waschmaschinenbetrieb bis ca 1:30 Uhr, in der letzten Nacht hat jemand wohl den Lichtsensor im Treppenhaus deaktiviert, so dass das Licht nicht mehr ausging…(!)). Bei Ankunft stand - wohl versehentlich - noch der Müll vor der Wohnungstüre, Küchenausstattung war unvollständig). Habe dies auch der sehr freundlichen Happy-Rental-Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt. Wegen dieser Nachbarschaft würden wir diese Whg eher nicht mehr anmieten. Schade…

La ubicación muy buena, pero tiene varios detalles, por ejemplo en la cocina hay microondas, tostador y cafetera y los enchufes son cortos por lo que hay que mover los aparatos para alcanzar un enchufe. La cama del sofa-cama es para niños ya que se dobla mucho, tuvimos que dormir con el colchón en el suelo, tuvimos dolor de espalda. El baño esta dentro de una habitación por lo que inevitablemente tienes que molestar al pasar por la habitación. La ducha esta fija en una posición alta, por lo que para personas que no alcanzan es imposible sacarla si no te subes en algo.

The location of the place is great, so it was very convenient. However, the flat lacks some basic equipment: -no towel holder in the bathroom - no toilet roll holder - no power socket in the bathroom - the height of the showerhead can't be adjusted, and it's so high up, a short person wouldn't even be able to reach it - no holder for shower gel etc. On top of everything we didn't have hot water on the first day (it was immediately fixed though). How much effort would it need to put all theses very basic things in place, and make it a real good place? I simply don't understand this! You are a professional rental company! Seriously!? P.s. And yes, to go to the toilet one has to walk through the 2nd bedroom. You'll inevitably wake up the person sleeping in there...

The place itself was clean, nicely decorated and safe. The only complaints we have are minor fixes, there was no complimentary wifi. We contacted the host to pay for it (CHF 35) but slow response. The TV also did not work and the curtain linens kept falling from the windows! However, the location of this place is perfect, it was easy to find and check in was super easy as well! We also got a complimentary Prosecco bottle!
