A few steps lead to the front door. In the entrance area, you will find a hallway with a practical built-in closet on one side and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine on the other side. The ground floor also includes an open living room with a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for six people. From the living room, you can go directly to the covered terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, and to the pool area, which offers sun loungers and a charcoal grill.
A staircase with 17 steps leads to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. Two of the bedrooms have their own balcony from which you can enjoy a wide view of the sea.
The holiday home is equipped with a total of four air conditioning units that ensure pleasant temperatures. The hot water boiler is located in the bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a DeLonghi coffee machine.
In the charming town of Galižana you will find a small supermarket that offers the essentials for daily needs. Larger supermarkets can be found in the nearby towns of Vodnjan, Fažana and Pula. The old town of Pula is particularly worth seeing, with its famous amphitheater where concerts by internationally known artists take place during the summer months.
The picturesque small town of Fažana attracts visitors with excellent restaurants and is the starting point for boat trips to the Brijuni Islands. For bathing enthusiasts, there are wonderful beaches in Pula in the districts of Verudela and Stoja. Nature lovers should definitely visit the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park in Premantura. Families with children can enjoy the amusement park in Medulin, which also offers a variety of restaurants, beach bars and water sports.
