Das Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf einen Garten ist mit 2 Sofas und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Esstisch für 7 Personen. Die separate, moderne Küche ist mit einem Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mokka-Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat auch einen kleinen privaten Außenbereich mit einem Tisch und Stühlen, für Mahlzeiten im Freien Die Gäste haben freien Zugang zum Salzwasser-Swimmingpool des Beachclubs mit Liegestühlen auf der umliegenden Terrasse, wo sie sich nach einem erfrischenden Bad entspannen können. Die berühmten historischen Städte der Toskana, Pisa (30 Minuten), Luca (25 Minuten), Florenz (1 Stunde 30 Minuten) und Siena (2 Stunden), sind alle so nah, dass sie sich wunderbar für Tagesausflüge eignen. Ebenso wie das Chianti-Gebiet, wo Besucher einige der besten Weine Italiens finden. Für Selbstversorger gibt es an der Küste Wochenmärkte. Der nächstgelegene ist in Pietrasanta am Donnerstag, Freitag und Samstag. Hier finden Sie einige der frischesten und besten lokalen Produkte, die Sie zu Hause zubereiten können. Für die täglichen Einkäufe gibt es einen Supermarkt, der 3 Minuten entfernt ist. Der nächstgelegene Flughafen ist Pisa, 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

A great place to stay right on the beach. The property is a little dated and there is no running hot water in the kitchen but apart from that it’s a great place to stay right by the pool and the beach with parking.

Logement atypique au coeur d'un "bagno" familial. Nous y avons passé 3 belles journées avec nos deux enfants. Nous avons profité de la piscine commune et de l'accès direct à la plage de sable fin. Le logement est propre et ne manque de rien.

L’emplacement avec l’accès directement à la plage et la piscine devant la porte. Le calme d’un établissement balnéaire en basse saison. Le côté un peu vintage du lieu. Les gens, Paola et les autres. La simplicité des relations. L’accueil à l’agence et sur place. Tout dans la maison est un peu bancal, un peu démodé. Certaines choses ne fonctionnent pas très bien. Un délice si on cherche la simplicité et non pas le luxe.

We love this area. Beautiful location and so convenient right next to the beach. There was some miscommunication that the rental agency took care of. Angelo and Paola at the Bagno gabbiano are so nice and we loved having an umbrella with them. There are restaurants in each side of Bagno gabbiano so that was very convenient. The biggest fault with the property was there was no starter kit - paper towels, garbage bags, etc and when asked if I was just not finding them they said the items were not foreseen. When you are staying somewhere for a few days you don’t want to have to buy these kind of things. Having to drive to forte dei marmi to get keys instead of picking them up or meeting someone on site was inconvenient. We do love this area and everyone we communicated with was nice and tried to resolve any issues that arose.

When you are staying somewhere for a few days you don’t want to have to buy these kind of things.
