The closest you can get to the sea without getting your feet wet! La Casina del Pescatore is a charming ground-floor flat for 4 people in the Bagno Gabbiano Versilia beach club. The living room, which looks out over a garden, is furnished with 2 sofas and a TV. There is a dining table for 7 people. The separate, modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, Mokka coffee maker and electric kettle. The flat also has a small private outdoor area with a table and chairs, for outdoor dining Guests have free access to the beach club’s saltwater swimming pool, with sun loungers on the surrounding terrace, where guests can relax after a refreshing swim. A swimming hat must be worn at all times. Access to the sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach are not included and must be paid/booked on site. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a wrought iron double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: This second bedroom has a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Extra: There is a single bed in the living room. Location In addition to being by the sea, the flat is ideally located for visiting the nearby towns, including Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. Both are about 10 minutes by car. Tuscany’s famous historical cities; Pisa (30 minutes), Luca (25 minutes), Florence (1 hour 30 minutes) and Siena (2 hours) are all close enough to make wonderful day trips. As is the Chianti region where visitors can find some of the best wines in Italy. For self-catering there are weekly markets along the coast. The closest are in Pietrasanta on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Here you can find some of the freshest, best local produce to cook at home. For day-to-day shopping, there is a supermarket 3 minutes away. The nearest airport is Pisa, 30 minutes away by car.

A great place to stay right on the beach. The property is a little dated and there is no running hot water in the kitchen but apart from that it’s a great place to stay right by the pool and the beach with parking.

Logement atypique au coeur d'un "bagno" familial. Nous y avons passé 3 belles journées avec nos deux enfants. Nous avons profité de la piscine commune et de l'accès direct à la plage de sable fin. Le logement est propre et ne manque de rien.

L’emplacement avec l’accès directement à la plage et la piscine devant la porte. Le calme d’un établissement balnéaire en basse saison. Le côté un peu vintage du lieu. Les gens, Paola et les autres. La simplicité des relations. L’accueil à l’agence et sur place. Tout dans la maison est un peu bancal, un peu démodé. Certaines choses ne fonctionnent pas très bien. Un délice si on cherche la simplicité et non pas le luxe.

We love this area. Beautiful location and so convenient right next to the beach. There was some miscommunication that the rental agency took care of. Angelo and Paola at the Bagno gabbiano are so nice and we loved having an umbrella with them. There are restaurants in each side of Bagno gabbiano so that was very convenient. The biggest fault with the property was there was no starter kit - paper towels, garbage bags, etc and when asked if I was just not finding them they said the items were not foreseen. When you are staying somewhere for a few days you don’t want to have to buy these kind of things. Having to drive to forte dei marmi to get keys instead of picking them up or meeting someone on site was inconvenient. We do love this area and everyone we communicated with was nice and tried to resolve any issues that arose.

When you are staying somewhere for a few days you don’t want to have to buy these kind of things. Having to drive to forte dei marmi to get keys instead of picking them up or meeting someone on site was inconvenient. We do love this area and everyone we communicated with was nice and tried to resolve any issues that arose.
