Zo dicht bij de zee als maar kan, zonder natte voeten te krijgen! La Casina del Pescatore is een charmant appartement op de begane grond voor 4 personen in de strandclub Bagno Gabbiano Versilia. De woonkamer, die uitkijkt op een tuin, is ingericht met 2 banken en een tv. Er is een eettafel voor 7 personen. De aparte, moderne keuken is uitgerust met een inductiekookplaat, oven, koelkast met vriezer, mokka-koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Het appartement heeft ook een kleine privébuitenruimte met een tafel en stoelen, om buiten te eten. Gasten hebben gratis toegang tot het zoutwaterzwembad van de strandclub, met ligstoelen op het omliggende terras, waar gasten kunnen ontspannen na een verfrissende duik. Een badmuts moet te allen tijde worden gedragen. Toegang tot de ligbedden/parasols op het strand is niet inbegrepen en moet ter plaatse worden betaald/gereserveerd. Slaapkamer 1: De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een smeedijzeren tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast. Slaapkamer 2: Deze tweede slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed en een kledingkast. Locatie Het appartement ligt niet alleen aan zee, maar is ook ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan de nabijgelegen steden, waaronder Forte dei Marmi en Viareggio. Beide liggen op ongeveer 10 minuten rijden met de auto. De beroemde historische steden van Toscane; Pisa (30 minuten), Luca (25 minuten), Florence (1 uur en 30 minuten) en Siena (2 uur) liggen allemaal dichtbij genoeg om prachtige dagtochten te maken. Dat geldt ook voor de Chianti-regio, waar bezoekers enkele van de beste wijnen van Italië kunnen vinden. Voor zelfvoorziening zijn er wekelijkse markten langs de kust. De dichtstbijzijnde zijn in Pietrasanta op donderdag, vrijdag en zaterdag. Hier vindt u enkele van de meest verse, beste lokale producten om thuis te koken. Voor dagelijkse boodschappen is er een supermarkt op 3 minuten afstand. De dichtstbijzijnde luchthaven is Pisa, op 30 minuten rijden met de auto.

A great place to stay right on the beach. The property is a little dated and there is no running hot water in the kitchen but apart from that it’s a great place to stay right by the pool and the beach with parking.

Logement atypique au coeur d'un "bagno" familial. Nous y avons passé 3 belles journées avec nos deux enfants. Nous avons profité de la piscine commune et de l'accès direct à la plage de sable fin. Le logement est propre et ne manque de rien.

L’emplacement avec l’accès directement à la plage et la piscine devant la porte. Le calme d’un établissement balnéaire en basse saison. Le côté un peu vintage du lieu. Les gens, Paola et les autres. La simplicité des relations. L’accueil à l’agence et sur place. Tout dans la maison est un peu bancal, un peu démodé. Certaines choses ne fonctionnent pas très bien. Un délice si on cherche la simplicité et non pas le luxe.

We love this area. Beautiful location and so convenient right next to the beach. There was some miscommunication that the rental agency took care of. Angelo and Paola at the Bagno gabbiano are so nice and we loved having an umbrella with them. There are restaurants in each side of Bagno gabbiano so that was very convenient. The biggest fault with the property was there was no starter kit - paper towels, garbage bags, etc and when asked if I was just not finding them they said the items were not foreseen. When you are staying somewhere for a few days you don’t want to have to buy these kind of things. Having to drive to forte dei marmi to get keys instead of picking them up or meeting someone on site was inconvenient. We do love this area and everyone we communicated with was nice and tried to resolve any issues that arose.
