Der offene Wohnbereich hat große Glastüren, die auf einen privaten Balkon führen, auf dem ein Tisch und Stühle stehen, so dass die Gäste sich entspannen und Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen können. Im Innenbereich gibt es eine Sitzecke mit einem bequemen Sofa, einem Flachbildfernseher sowie einem Esstisch und Stühlen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche liegt direkt neben dem Essbereich. Hier finden Sie ein Kochfeld, einen Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, einen Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das gemütliche Hauptschlafzimmer mit Holzvertäfelung hat 2 Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können. Schlafzimmer 2: Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett, ein oberes Einzelbett und einen Kleiderschrank. Die Schlafzimmer sind durch eine Verbindungstür getrennt und können miteinander verbunden werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Hauptschlafzimmer kein Fenster hat, so dass Sie die Tür zum Lüften öffnen können. Für Selbstversorger ist der Wochenmarkt von Chamonix (jeden Samstagmorgen) am Place du Mont Blanc (7 Minuten zu Fuß) der beste Ort, um lokale Produkte zu kaufen. Alternativ gibt es Supermärkte und kleinere Geschäfte im Umkreis von 5 Minuten von der Wohnung. Der Flughafen Genf ist in 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof von Chamonix Mont Blanc ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topographie, der Lage und der Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est bien situé, propre. Tout était parfait. Seul hic, mais cela ne gâche en rien notre séjour et n'est pas du ressort du propriétaire, les voisins du dessus, très bruyants tard dans la nuit, tous les soirs. je recommande la location du logement

Marks place was a very short walk into town close to everything. If you are looking to snowboard or ski the bus is just a short walk as well. Great place to stay!

What an amazing stay! Could not be a better location, our view was directly at Mont Blanc. We enjoyed waking up to that and having coffee on the patio. Loved our stay & our hosts were very responsive and solved the only issue we had, which was our wifi not working. Great stay!!

The location is close to downtown, and the apartment is displayed almost the same as the pictures. The landlord prepared a gift to welcome the guests. However, the hot water was insufficient for five adults to shower in the same evening. (We stayed at the end of January) The cooker (IH) and the water boiler can't be used at the same time.

Views from balcony are amazing! Location is excellent for town, train and lifts. Furniture and fittings are good. Noise is a problem; there are 3 ventilation fans that run permanently (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) and noise travels easily between apartments in the block. The second bedroom has a connecting door and a door to the corridor, but no window. A construction site for a new block of apartments was at the entrance when we visited in October 2024, with work starting before 8am.

Dejlig by. Men vi fik ikke den lejlighed som vi havde booket og betalt for, grundet rod i deres bookingsystem. Vi fik derfor tildelt en anden lejlighed som manglede flere funktioner end dem som vi havde betalt for. Efter korrespondance med udlejer fik vi en refusion. Men alt i alt et godt besøg i Chamonix.
