Dit stijlvolle appartement voor 5 personen, in het hart van Chamonix, heeft een panoramisch uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement wordt omringd door enkele van de mooiste landschappen van Europa en biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een perfecte vakantie, het hele jaar door. Het appartement ligt op de eerste verdieping van een slim nieuwbouwproject en is zorgvuldig gecreëerd om gasten een comfortabel verblijf te garanderen. De open woonkamer heeft grote glazen deuren die leiden naar een privébalkon, waar een tafel en stoelen staan, zodat gasten kunnen ontspannen en genieten van maaltijden in de buitenlucht. Binnenshuis heeft de zithoek een comfortabele bank, een flatscreen tv en een eettafel met stoelen. De goed uitgeruste keuken ligt naast de eethoek. Gasten vinden hier een kookplaat, oven, magnetron, koelkast, broodrooster en koffiezetapparaat. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De gezellige ouderslaapkamer, met houten lambrisering, heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden die kunnen worden samengevoegd. Slaapkamer 2: De tweede slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed met een tweepersoonsbed, een bovengelegen eenpersoonsbed en een kledingkast. De slaapkamers worden gescheiden door een tussendeur en kunnen dus worden samengevoegd. Let op: de ouderslaapkamer heeft geen raam, dus je kunt de deur openzetten voor ventilatie. Badkamer De mooi betegelde badkamer heeft een ligbad met douche, wastafel, wasmachine en WC. Extra - Gratis wifi - Balkon - Buiten tafel & stoelen - Flatscreen TV - Haardroger - Centrale verwarming & elektrische radiatoren - Rookmelder - Kindvriendelijk - Geschikt voor oudere gasten - Skiberging - Dicht bij skigebied, skibus - Openbare parkeerplaats (gratis), maar auto niet nodig - Ventilator Locatie Het appartement ligt in het hart van Chamonix. Alle faciliteiten van de Mont Blanc regio liggen voor de deur. Om de bergen in te gaan om te wandelen of skiën is de kabelbaan van Brevent slechts 6 minuten rijden. Deze pistes zijn geschikt voor skiërs en snowboarders van alle niveaus. Tijdens de zomermaanden zijn er prachtige bergpaden om te wandelen of te mountainbiken, wildwatervaren, golfen, rotsklimmen, paragliden en paardrijden. Er zijn tennisbanen op 15 minuten lopen van het appartement. Voor self-catering is de wekelijkse markt van Chamonix (elke zaterdagochtend) op Place du Mont Blanc (7 minuten lopen) de beste plek om lokale producten te kopen. Er zijn ook supermarkten en kleinere winkels binnen 5 minuten van het appartement. De luchthaven van Genève ligt op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden. Het treinstation Chamonix Mont Blanc ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen. Vanwege de unieke topografie, locatie en weersomstandigheden in de Mont Blanc-vallei kan de internetverbinding onbetrouwbaar zijn.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est bien situé, propre. Tout était parfait. Seul hic, mais cela ne gâche en rien notre séjour et n'est pas du ressort du propriétaire, les voisins du dessus, très bruyants tard dans la nuit, tous les soirs. je recommande la location du logement

Marks place was a very short walk into town close to everything. If you are looking to snowboard or ski the bus is just a short walk as well. Great place to stay!

What an amazing stay! Could not be a better location, our view was directly at Mont Blanc. We enjoyed waking up to that and having coffee on the patio. Loved our stay & our hosts were very responsive and solved the only issue we had, which was our wifi not working. Great stay!!

The location is close to downtown, and the apartment is displayed almost the same as the pictures. The landlord prepared a gift to welcome the guests. However, the hot water was insufficient for five adults to shower in the same evening. (We stayed at the end of January) The cooker (IH) and the water boiler can't be used at the same time.

Views from balcony are amazing! Location is excellent for town, train and lifts. Furniture and fittings are good. Noise is a problem; there are 3 ventilation fans that run permanently (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) and noise travels easily between apartments in the block. The second bedroom has a connecting door and a door to the corridor, but no window. A construction site for a new block of apartments was at the entrance when we visited in October 2024, with work starting before 8am.

Dejlig by. Men vi fik ikke den lejlighed som vi havde booket og betalt for, grundet rod i deres bookingsystem. Vi fik derfor tildelt en anden lejlighed som manglede flere funktioner end dem som vi havde betalt for. Efter korrespondance med udlejer fik vi en refusion. Men alt i alt et godt besøg i Chamonix.
