Questo elegante appartamento per 5 persone, nel cuore di Chamonix, gode di una vista panoramica sulle montagne. Circondato da alcuni dei paesaggi più belli d'Europa, l'appartamento offre tutto ciò che si può desiderare per una vacanza perfetta tutto l'anno. Situato al primo piano di un elegante edificio di nuova costruzione, l'appartamento è stato realizzato con cura per garantire agli ospiti un soggiorno confortevole. La zona giorno a pianta aperta è dotata di ampie porte in vetro che conducono a un balcone privato, dove si trovano un tavolo e delle sedie, per consentire agli ospiti di rilassarsi e gustare i pasti all'aperto. All'interno, l'area salotto dispone di un comodo divano, di una TV a schermo piatto, di un tavolo da pranzo e di sedie. La cucina ben attrezzata si trova accanto alla zona pranzo. Gli ospiti troveranno piano cottura, forno, microonde, frigorifero, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: L'accogliente camera da letto principale, con pannelli in legno, dispone di 2 letti singoli che possono essere uniti. Camera da letto 2: La seconda camera da letto ha un letto a castello con letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo superiore e un armadio. Le camere sono separate da una porta intercomunicante e possono essere unite. Si prega di notare che la camera da letto principale non ha una finestra, quindi è possibile aprire la porta per la ventilazione. Il bagno L'attraente bagno piastrellato è dotato di vasca da bagno completa con doccia, lavabo, lavatrice e WC. Tutte le strutture della regione del Monte Bianco sono a portata di mano. Per andare in montagna a fare escursioni o a sciare, la funivia del Brevent è a soli 6 minuti di auto. Queste piste sono adatte a sciatori e snowboarder di tutti i livelli. Durante i mesi estivi, vi sono splendidi sentieri di montagna per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, rafting, golf, arrampicata su roccia, parapendio ed equitazione. A 15 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento si trovano campi da tennis. Per chi vuole fare da sé, il mercato settimanale di Chamonix (ogni sabato mattina) in Place du Mont Blanc (7 minuti a piedi) è il posto migliore per acquistare prodotti locali. In alternativa, ci sono supermercati e piccoli negozi a 5 minuti dall'appartamento. L'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 10 minuti di auto. La stazione ferroviaria di Chamonix Mont Blanc è a soli 5 minuti a piedi. A causa della topografia unica, della posizione e delle condizioni meteorologiche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione internet potrebbe essere inaffidabile.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est bien situé, propre. Tout était parfait. Seul hic, mais cela ne gâche en rien notre séjour et n'est pas du ressort du propriétaire, les voisins du dessus, très bruyants tard dans la nuit, tous les soirs. je recommande la location du logement

Marks place was a very short walk into town close to everything. If you are looking to snowboard or ski the bus is just a short walk as well. Great place to stay!

What an amazing stay! Could not be a better location, our view was directly at Mont Blanc. We enjoyed waking up to that and having coffee on the patio. Loved our stay & our hosts were very responsive and solved the only issue we had, which was our wifi not working. Great stay!!

The location is close to downtown, and the apartment is displayed almost the same as the pictures. The landlord prepared a gift to welcome the guests. However, the hot water was insufficient for five adults to shower in the same evening. (We stayed at the end of January) The cooker (IH) and the water boiler can't be used at the same time.

Views from balcony are amazing! Location is excellent for town, train and lifts. Furniture and fittings are good. Noise is a problem; there are 3 ventilation fans that run permanently (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) and noise travels easily between apartments in the block. The second bedroom has a connecting door and a door to the corridor, but no window. A construction site for a new block of apartments was at the entrance when we visited in October 2024, with work starting before 8am.

Dejlig by. Men vi fik ikke den lejlighed som vi havde booket og betalt for, grundet rod i deres bookingsystem. Vi fik derfor tildelt en anden lejlighed som manglede flere funktioner end dem som vi havde betalt for. Efter korrespondance med udlejer fik vi en refusion. Men alt i alt et godt besøg i Chamonix.
