Sie können sogar ein gut erzogenes Haustier mitbringen. Die Immobilie ist ideal für das Leben im Freien geeignet und verfügt über einen großen Garten, der sich über den gesamten Umfang erstreckt. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten an der Vorderseite des Grundstücks und im hinteren Bereich finden die Gäste einen Grill, einen hübschen Essbereich im Freien und einen Pavillon. Die Region ist auch für ihre Weinproduktion bekannt. Besucher können Weinverkostungen in nahe gelegenen Weingütern genießen, darunter das Weingut Tenuta Adamo, das 20 Autominuten entfernt liegt. Für Ausflüge wird ein Auto empfohlen. Grande maison sur 3 étages située entre la mer et les montagnes. Parfait camp de base pour la plage, la montages et la Lucchésie. Cuisine bien équipée et de grands espaces communs. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. À noter que la climatisation n’est que pour les chambres du haut, mais la bâtisse demeure tempérée.

Leonardo and Happy rental team were very helpful and answered promptly all our queries. The house itself is very beautiful it keeps the Tuscan tradition but with a touch of modern revival. The plus is air conditioning which can be useful during the summer. The rooms are spacious and so is the kitchen area. Thanks a lot and we hope we can reserve Leonardo’s home also next year.

Lovely house - large, spacious, great garden and very peaceful. We had a great stay there. The village is small, quiet yet has a couple of good restaurants. Leonardo and the Happy Rental's team were excellent in dealing with requests and assistance, very quick in responding and very helpful. A car is needed as the public transport links to and from Nocchi are not great. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Location favolosa, tranquilla, pulita e comoda. Eccezionale l’indipendenza nella gestione delle chiavi per check-in e check-out. Camaiore e’ un paese davvero tranquillo e ben servito. Mi sono sentita servita e seguita, ma al tempo stesso libera, splendida gestione da parte dello staff.

Wij kregen een lekke band en de host heeft met ons meegedacht, tips gegeven en aangeboden contact te leggen voor ons met garages om ons te helpen. Ook gaf hij ons de ruimte om pas op de afgesproken vertrekdag te laten weten of dit haalbaar was of eventueel verlengd diende te worden. De host reageerde altijd zeer snel op onze berichten. Heel fijn, zeker als je op vakantie gaan en een nieuwe omgeving wat spannend vindt.

a really nice stay, away from the main towns and into the countryside. host was really responsive and helped us with any queries we had. only thing I would point out is that the road leading up to the accommodation is really narrow so something to consider if you are driving a big / wide car, you can easily scratch your vehicle in these roads. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend again :)
