Immergetevi nella tipica campagna e cultura toscana in questa splendida villa in pietra per 7 persone. Vicino alle spiagge della Versilia, nell'affascinante villaggio di Nocchi. Tranquillamente adagiata su una collina soleggiata, questa villa di recente costruzione è circondata da cipressi e offre la destinazione perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, e si può anche portare un animale domestico ben educato. Ideale per una vita all'aperto, la proprietà gode di un ampio giardino che si estende per tutto il suo perimetro. Nella parte anteriore della proprietà si trova una terrazza con comodi posti a sedere, mentre nella parte posteriore gli ospiti troveranno un barbecue, una graziosa zona pranzo esterna e un gazebo. Gli interni ricordano le tradizionali ville toscane con alti soffitti con travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto, grandi camini e finestre a persiana. L'alloggio è disposto su 3 piani. Al piano terra si trova l'ampio soggiorno arredato con un divano a L e una TV satellitare digitale a schermo piatto. La cucina/sala da pranzo a pianta aperta in stile country è situata nel seminterrato ed è completamente attrezzata con: piano cottura, forno, microonde, macchina da caffè Nespresso, lavastoviglie, frigorifero americano e tavolo da pranzo. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: La camera da letto principale con bagno privato si trova al piano terra ed è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Camere da letto 2 e 3: la seconda e la terza camera da letto si trovano entrambe al primo piano e sono arredate con letti matrimoniali. Camera da letto 4: la quarta camera da letto si trova nel seminterrato ed è arredata con un letto singolo. Bagni Bagno 1: Il bagno privato è dotato di doccia, lavabo, bidet e WC. Bagno 2: Il secondo bagno, situato al primo piano, è dotato di vasca idromassaggio, lavabo, bidet e WC. Bagno 3: il terzo bagno, situato nel seminterrato, è dotato di doccia, lavabo, bidet e WC. Il ristorante più vicino si trova a 2 minuti a piedi, mentre un supermercato è raggiungibile in 6 minuti di auto. La campagna circostante offre numerosi sentieri per escursioni e passeggiate nella natura. La regione è nota anche per la produzione di vino. I visitatori possono partecipare a degustazioni di vini nei vigneti vicini, tra cui la Tenuta Adamo, a 20 minuti di auto. Per gli spostamenti si consiglia l'uso di un'auto: la più grande città vicina, Camaiore, dista 8 minuti di auto, le spiagge di Lido di Camaiore 15 minuti di auto, Forte dei Marmi 25 minuti di auto e l'affascinante città rinascimentale di Lucca è a 30 minuti di auto dall'alloggio. In un'ora e 20 minuti di auto si può raggiungere la bellissima città di Firenze, mentre le case colorate e i vigneti terrazzati delle Cinque Terre distano circa 1 ora e 30 minuti di auto. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino alla struttura è l'Aeroporto di Pisa (PSA), a circa 35 minuti di auto.

La villa nos ha parecido estupenda, no hay una sola pega que ponerle, ubicación perfecta, la casa extraordinaria y un jardín para disfrutar plenamente de la tranquilidad de la Toscana. A distancia razonable de Florencia, Siena y la costa. Gracias Leonardo, tienes un paraíso que este grupo de amigas ha disfrutado por unos días.

Grande maison sur 3 étages située entre la mer et les montagnes. Parfait camp de base pour la plage, la montages et la Lucchésie. Cuisine bien équipée et de grands espaces communs. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. À noter que la climatisation n’est que pour les chambres du haut, mais la bâtisse demeure tempérée.

Leonardo and Happy rental team were very helpful and answered promptly all our queries. The house itself is very beautiful it keeps the Tuscan tradition but with a touch of modern revival. The plus is air conditioning which can be useful during the summer. The rooms are spacious and so is the kitchen area. Thanks a lot and we hope we can reserve Leonardo’s home also next year.

Lovely house - large, spacious, great garden and very peaceful. We had a great stay there. The village is small, quiet yet has a couple of good restaurants. Leonardo and the Happy Rental's team were excellent in dealing with requests and assistance, very quick in responding and very helpful. A car is needed as the public transport links to and from Nocchi are not great. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Location favolosa, tranquilla, pulita e comoda. Eccezionale l’indipendenza nella gestione delle chiavi per check-in e check-out. Camaiore e’ un paese davvero tranquillo e ben servito. Mi sono sentita servita e seguita, ma al tempo stesso libera, splendida gestione da parte dello staff.

Wij kregen een lekke band en de host heeft met ons meegedacht, tips gegeven en aangeboden contact te leggen voor ons met garages om ons te helpen. Ook gaf hij ons de ruimte om pas op de afgesproken vertrekdag te laten weten of dit haalbaar was of eventueel verlengd diende te worden. De host reageerde altijd zeer snel op onze berichten. Heel fijn, zeker als je op vakantie gaan en een nieuwe omgeving wat spannend vindt.

a really nice stay, away from the main towns and into the countryside. host was really responsive and helped us with any queries we had. only thing I would point out is that the road leading up to the accommodation is really narrow so something to consider if you are driving a big / wide car, you can easily scratch your vehicle in these roads. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend again :)
