Quietly nestled on a sunny hillside this recently built villa is surrounded by cypress trees and offers the perfect destination for those seeking peace and tranquillity, and you can even bring one well-behaved pet. Ideally set up for alfresco living the property enjoys a large garden which extends its entire perimeter. There is also a terrace with comfortable seating at the front of the property and in the rear, guests will find a BBQ, a pretty outside dining area and a gazebo. The interior is reminiscent of a traditional Tuscan villa with high wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, large open fireplaces and shuttered windows. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor guests will find the spacious living room furnished with an L-shaped sofa and a digital flatscreen satellite HDTV. The open-plan country-style kitchen/dining room is positioned in the basement and fully equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, an American fridge freezer and a dining table. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The ensuite master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 & 3: The second and third bedrooms are both arranged on the first floor and are furnished with double beds. Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom is quietly located in the basement and is furnished with a single bed. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, a bidet and a WC. Bathroom 2: The second bathroom, situated on the first floor, is fitted with a jacuzzi bath, a washbasin, a bidet and a WC. Bathroom 3: The third bathroom, situated in the basement is fitted with a shower, washbasin, a bidet and a WC. The village is set along the banks of the Lombricese River and is characterised by historic stone houses and narrow streets. The closest restaurant is a 2-minute walk and there is a supermarket a 6-minute drive away. The surrounding countryside offers numerous trails for hiking and nature walks. The region is also known for its wine production. Visitors can enjoy wine-tasting tours at nearby vineyards including the Tenuta Adamo Winery which is a 20-minute drive. A car is recommended for travelling, the largest nearby town Camaiore, is an 8-minute drive, the beaches of Lido di Camaiore 15 minutes by car, Forte dei Marmi 25 minutes by car and the charming renaissance city of Lucca is a 30-minute drive from the accommodation. Further afield visitors can reach; the beautiful city of Florence, in about 1 hour and 20 minutes by car whilst the colourful houses and terraced vineyards of Cinque Terre are approximately a 1 hour and 30-minute drive away. The closest international airport to the accommodation is Pisa Airport (PSA) which is approximately a 35-minute drive away.

Grande maison sur 3 étages située entre la mer et les montagnes. Parfait camp de base pour la plage, la montages et la Lucchésie. Cuisine bien équipée et de grands espaces communs. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. À noter que la climatisation n’est que pour les chambres du haut, mais la bâtisse demeure tempérée.

Leonardo and Happy rental team were very helpful and answered promptly all our queries. The house itself is very beautiful it keeps the Tuscan tradition but with a touch of modern revival. Lovely house - large, spacious, great garden and very peaceful. We had a great stay there. The village is small, quiet yet has a couple of good restaurants. Leonardo and the Happy Rental's team were excellent in dealing with requests and assistance, very quick in responding and very helpful. A car is needed as the public transport links to and from Nocchi are not great. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Ook gaf hij ons de ruimte om pas op de afgesproken vertrekdag te laten weten of dit haalbaar was of eventueel verlengd diende te worden. De host reageerde altijd zeer snel op onze berichten. a really nice stay, away from the main towns and into the countryside. host was really responsive and helped us with any queries we had. only thing I would point out is that the road leading up to the accommodation is really narrow so something to consider if you are driving a big / wide car, you can easily scratch your vehicle in these roads. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend again :)
