Der offene Wohnbereich bietet durch die Fenstertüren, die auf einen schattigen Balkon führen, einen atemberaubenden Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Auf dem Balkon stehen Stühle bereit, auf denen sich die Gäste entspannen und die ruhige Umgebung genießen können. Außerdem gibt es einen Tisch im Café-Stil sowie Stühle für Snacks im Freien.
Im Innenbereich umfasst die Sitzecke ein Sofa und einen Flachbildfernseher. Daneben befindet sich der Esstisch mit Platz für 4 Personen. Lage
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber dennoch in der Nähe der Annehmlichkeiten von Stresa und der Strände am Seeufer.
Stresa ist vor allem für seine prächtigen Art-déco-Villen und eleganten Hotels bekannt. Die Uferpromenade bietet Besuchern den perfekten Ort, um sowohl den See als auch die Stadt zu bewundern. In Stresa finden das ganze Jahr über zahlreiche internationale Kulturfestivals statt, darunter Film- und Musikveranstaltungen.
Die Borromäischen Inseln laden zu einem wunderbaren Tagesausflug ein. Besucher können dort wunderschöne Villen, Gärten und Kirchen entdecken. Von Stresa aus verkehren regelmäßig Fähren zu den Inseln.
Für Selbstversorger ist der Markt in Stresa (freitags vormittags) eine wahre Fundgrube für die besten regionalen Produkte. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe viele ausgezeichnete Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Supermärkte.
Der internationale Flughafen Mailand-Malpensa ist 50 Autominuten entfernt.

The apartment has a great lake view. The area is safe and quiet. An old mule trail goes above the property and is easily reached - so hiking to nearby villages can start from homebase. Very nice area and apartment.

A great apartment, perfect for a family of four. Located on the outskirts of Stresa, with quick access by car to the city center or the highway. Das grandiose Aussicht auch vom Esstisch werden wir vermissen. Das Appartment mit Panoramafenster ist mit einer besonders geschmackvollen moderne Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Appartment war geräumig mit Küche und großem Esstisch. Der Balkon war ebenfalls schön und gut möbliert. Die Wasserthemperatur der Dusche war gut zu regeln. Wir hatten für 4 Personen 1 Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa, das qualitativ gut war. Parkplatz war immer frei. Die Straßen zur Ferienwohnung bedürfen eines guten Autofahrers, da oft einspurig, zwar mit seltenem Gegenverkehr; dennoch kurvig. Die restliche Ausstattung einschließlich Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler war komplett wie beschrieben. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Pool ist ganz ok.
