We are sorry, however, for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We will share your comments regarding the toaster, the kitchen equipment, the amount of toilet paper and the shower facilities with our local team so that these points can be checked. Regarding the towels and household supplies, we provide an initial supply according to the number of guests, as the property is a holiday apartment rather than a hotel. We are also sorry that you found the access system and the need to use the same key for the different doors inconvenient. The security system is in place to ensure the safety of our guests and the property, although we understand that it may affect flexibility during the stay. With regard to the arrival and the key system, we regret that you did not have the opportunity to meet a responsible person on site. We normally offer the self check-in to allow guests to arrive at any time. Had you contacted our local team during your stay regarding any difficulties or questions, they would have been happy to assist you and explain how the system works.
