Die moderne Küchenzeile im Wohn-/Esszimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und einer Mokka-Kaffeemaschine. Der helle Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Tisch für 4 Personen, ein bequemes Sofa, einen Flachbildfernseher und Glastüren, die auf einen sehr schönen, schattigen Balkon mit Blick auf den herrlichen Golf von Olbia und die Insel Tavolara führen. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen weiteren Esstisch für 4 Personen und Liegestühle zum Entspannen in der Sonne. Badezimmer Badezimmer 1: Ein großes, gefliestes Badezimmer, das mit einer freistehenden Dusche, Bidet, Waschbecken, WC und Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist. Badezimmer 2: Ein brandneues, stilvolles Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Bidet und WC. Pittulongu ist mit einem langen, weißen Sandstrand gesegnet, der wie aus dem Bilderbuch ist. Er ist besonders bei Familien beliebt, denn das kristallklare, flache Wasser ist sehr sicher zum Baden. Dank des unberührten Meeres ist die Gegend auch für das Schnorcheln bekannt. Am Hauptstrand können Sie Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme mieten. Wenn Sie sich sportlich betätigen möchten, können Sie Jetski fahren oder Windsurfen. Außerdem gibt es viele Wanderwege an der Küste, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Insel Tavolara bieten, die für sich in Anspruch nimmt, das kleinste Königreich der Welt zu sein. In der Stadt Pittulongu gibt es viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants für alle Altersgruppen, die lokale sardische Spezialitäten, Meeresfrüchte und klassische italienische Küche anbieten. Es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten, die jeder Urlauber braucht - Geschäfte, Apotheken usw. Es ist jedoch ratsam, ein eigenes Auto mitzubringen, wenn Sie auf dem Grundstück wohnen. Wenn Sie mehr daran interessiert sind, mit den lokalen Produkten zu kochen - Olbia (11 Minuten Fahrt) hat mindestens 3 Bauernmärkte pro Woche. Der größte findet samstags in der Via Sangallo statt. Der Flughafen von Olbia ist nur 15 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Wenn Sie mit der Fähre aus Livorno oder Civitavecchia anreisen möchten, ist der Fährhafen in Olbia nur 10 Autominuten entfernt.

The apartment was wonderful, just like it was described in the listing. There's a cool pool in the front yard and some olive trees in the back yard. It has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. There are a couple of beaches nearby, and you can walk to the bus stop and the supermarket. Sofia, the staff member, was super helpful. We'd love to visit again someday.

Lokacija je super. Blizu plaže, trgovine in avtobusne postaje. Tudi bazen je bil super - precej velik in čist. Postelje sicer niso obetale, pa so bile vseeno udobne. Komunikacija brez problema, preko WhatsApp. Celo predčasno smo lahko naredili chek in.
