Un rifugio tranquillo e familiare con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Olbia, a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia di Pittulongu. Salendo un'elegante scala in pietra, al primo piano di un residence esclusivo e tranquillo, questo appartamento può ospitare 4 persone. L'architettura in stile mediterraneo è molto attraente e l'appartamento, con freschi pavimenti piastrellati, è ben disposto. L'angolo cottura contemporaneo, nel soggiorno/sala da pranzo, è completamente attrezzato con piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore e macchina da caffè Mokka. La luminosa zona giorno dispone di un tavolo per 4 persone, di un comodo divano, di una TV a schermo piatto e di porte in vetro che conducono a un grazioso balcone ombreggiato con vista sullo splendido Golfo di Olbia e sull'isola di Tavolara. La terrazza dispone di un altro tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e di sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi al sole. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: Una camera da letto ariosa con un letto matrimoniale, un grande armadio e luci da lettura. Camera da letto 2: Una camera da letto luminosa con un letto matrimoniale e un buon ripostiglio. Bagno Bagno 1: un ampio bagno piastrellato completamente attrezzato con doccia indipendente, bidet, lavabo, WC e lavatrice. Bagno 2: Un bagno nuovo ed elegante con doccia, lavabo, bidet e WC. Ulteriori - - Piscina all'aperto in comune (non riscaldata) con lettini - Zona pranzo all'aperto - Giardino in comune - Lavatrice e lavanderia - Wi-fi gratuito - Asciugacapelli - Aria condizionata - Parcheggio privato - Animali domestici ammessi Posizione Questo residence si trova ai margini della cittadina di Pittulongu, proprio sulla famosa Costa Smeralda della Sardegna. Pittulongu è davvero benedetta da una lunga spiaggia di sabbia bianca perfetta per l'immagine. È particolarmente popolare tra le famiglie, poiché le acque cristalline e poco profonde sono molto sicure per la balneazione. La zona è rinomata per lo snorkeling, grazie al mare incontaminato. Sulla spiaggia principale è possibile noleggiare lettini e ombrelloni. Se vi sentite più energici, potete andare in moto d'acqua o in windsurf, e ci sono molti sentieri escursionistici costieri, con viste mozzafiato sull'isola di Tavolara, che sostiene di essere il regno più piccolo del mondo. La città di Pittulongu ospita molti ottimi ristoranti per tutte le età, con specialità locali sarde, frutti di mare e cucina classica italiana. Sono presenti molti dei servizi di cui ogni turista potrebbe aver bisogno: negozi, farmacie, ecc. Se siete più interessati a cimentarvi in cucina con i prodotti locali, a Olbia (11 minuti di auto) ci sono almeno 3 mercati contadini a settimana. Il più grande è il sabato in Via Sangallo. L'aeroporto di Olbia è a soli 15 minuti di auto dall'appartamento. Se pensate di arrivare in traghetto da Livorno o Civitavecchia, il terminal dei traghetti di Olbia è a soli 10 minuti di auto.

The apartment was wonderful, just like it was described in the listing. There's a cool pool in the front yard and some olive trees in the back yard. It has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. There are a couple of beaches nearby, and you can walk to the bus stop and the supermarket. Sofia, the staff member, was super helpful. We'd love to visit again someday.

Lokacija je super. Blizu plaže, trgovine in avtobusne postaje. Tudi bazen je bil super - precej velik in čist. Postelje sicer niso obetale, pa so bile vseeno udobne. Komunikacija brez problema, preko WhatsApp. Celo predčasno smo lahko naredili chek in.
