Un rifugio tranquillo e ideale per le famiglie, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Olbia, a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia di Pittulongu. Salendo un'elegante rampa di scale in pietra, al primo piano di un residence esclusivo e tranquillo, questo appartamento può ospitare 4 persone. L'architettura in stile mediterraneo è molto affascinante e l'appartamento, con freschi pavimenti in piastrelle, è ben strutturato. L'angolo cottura in stile contemporaneo, situato nel soggiorno/sala da pranzo, è completamente attrezzato con piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore e macchina per caffè Mokka. La luminosa zona giorno dispone di un tavolo per 4 persone, un comodo divano, una TV a schermo piatto e porte a vetri che conducono a un grazioso balcone ombreggiato con vista sullo splendido Golfo di Olbia e sull'isola di Tavolara. La terrazza dispone di un altro tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e di sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi al sole. Pittulongu è davvero benedetta da una spiaggia di sabbia bianca, lunga e da cartolina. È particolarmente apprezzata dalle famiglie, poiché le acque cristalline e poco profonde sono molto sicure per fare il bagno. La zona è rinomata per lo snorkeling, grazie al mare incontaminato. Sulla spiaggia principale è possibile noleggiare sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni. Se vi sentite più energici, potete provare il jet-ski o il windsurf; inoltre, ci sono molti sentieri escursionistici costieri con viste mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara, che si autoproclama il regno più piccolo del mondo. La cittadina di Pittulongu ospita molti ottimi ristoranti adatti a tutte le età, con specialità sarde locali, frutti di mare e cucina italiana classica. Sono presenti molti dei servizi di cui un turista potrebbe aver bisogno – negozi, farmacie ecc., tuttavia, si consiglia di portare la propria auto quando si soggiorna presso la struttura. Se siete più interessati a cimentarvi in cucina con i prodotti locali – Olbia (11 minuti in auto) ospita almeno 3 mercati contadini a settimana. Il più grande si tiene il sabato in Via Sangallo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista solo 15 minuti in auto dall'appartamento. Se avete intenzione di arrivare in traghetto da Livorno o Civitavecchia, il terminal dei traghetti di Olbia è a soli 10 minuti di auto.

Die Unterkunft war sauber , eine sehr gute Lage , traumhafter Pool . Wenige Geh Minuten ans Meer . Das Personal hat sich um alle Anliegen schnell gekümmert und kam persönlich vorbei und hat uns fehlende Wäsche gebracht .

The apartment was wonderful, just like it was described in the listing. There's a cool pool in the front yard and some olive trees in the back yard. It has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. There are a couple of beaches nearby, and you can walk to the bus stop and the supermarket. Sofia, the staff member, was super helpful. We'd love to visit again someday.

Lokacija je super. Blizu plaže, trgovine in avtobusne postaje. Tudi bazen je bil super - precej velik in čist. Postelje sicer niso obetale, pa so bile vseeno udobne. Komunikacija brez problema, preko WhatsApp. Celo predčasno smo lahko naredili chek in.
