Subiendo unas elegantes escaleras de piedra, en la primera planta de una exclusiva y tranquila residencia, este apartamento tiene capacidad para 4 personas. La arquitectura de estilo mediterráneo es muy atractiva y el apartamento, con frescos suelos de baldosas, está bien distribuido. La moderna cocina americana, situada en el salón-comedor, está totalmente equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador y cafetera Mokka. El luminoso salón cuenta con una mesa para 4 personas, un cómodo sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y puertas de cristal que dan a un balcón muy bonito y sombreado con vistas al impresionante golfo de Olbia y a la isla de Tavolara. La terraza tiene otra mesa de comedor para 4 personas y tumbonas para relajarse al sol. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: Un amplio dormitorio con una cama doble, un gran armario y luces de lectura junto a la cama. Dormitorio 2: Un dormitorio luminoso con una cama doble y buen almacenamiento. Cuarto de baño Cuarto de baño 1: Un gran cuarto de baño con azulejos totalmente equipada con una ducha independiente, bidé, lavabo, WC y lavadora. Cuarto de baño 2: Un cuarto de baño nuevo y elegante con ducha, lavabo, bidé y WC. Adicional - - Piscina exterior compartida (no climatizada) con tumbonas - Zona de comedor exterior - Jardín compartido - Lavadora y lavadero - Wi-fi gratuito - Secador de pelo - Aire acondicionado - Aparcamiento privado - Se admiten mascotas Ubicación Esta residencia se encuentra a las afueras de la pequeña ciudad de Pittulongu, justo en la famosa Costa Esmeralda de Cerdeña. Pittulongu ha sido bendecido con una larga playa de arena blanca. Es especialmente popular entre las familias, ya que sus aguas cristalinas y poco profundas son muy seguras para el baño. La zona es conocida por el buceo con tubo, gracias a la pureza del mar. En la playa principal se pueden alquilar tumbonas y sombrillas. Si se siente más enérgico, puede practicar jet-ski o windsurf, además de numerosas rutas costeras de senderismo, con impresionantes vistas de la isla de Tavolara, que presume de ser el reino más pequeño del mundo. La ciudad de Pittulongu alberga muchos restaurantes excelentes para todas las edades, con especialidades locales sardas, marisco y cocina italiana clásica. Hay muchos de los servicios que cualquier turista pueda necesitar - tiendas, farmacias, etc, sin embargo, se recomienda traer su propio coche cuando se aloje en la propiedad. Si usted está más interesado en probar su mano en la cocina con los productos locales - Olbia (11 minutos en coche) tiene al menos 3 farmers\ 'mercados a la semana. El más grande es el de los sábados en Via Sangallo. El aeropuerto de Olbia está a sólo 15 minutos en coche del apartamento. Si planea llegar en ferry desde Livorno o Civitavecchia, la terminal de ferry de Olbia está a sólo 10 minutos en coche.

The apartment was wonderful, just like it was described in the listing. There's a cool pool in the front yard and some olive trees in the back yard. It has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. There are a couple of beaches nearby, and you can walk to the bus stop and the supermarket. Sofia, the staff member, was super helpful. We'd love to visit again someday.

Lokacija je super. Blizu plaže, trgovine in avtobusne postaje. Tudi bazen je bil super - precej velik in čist. Postelje sicer niso obetale, pa so bile vseeno udobne. Komunikacija brez problema, preko WhatsApp. Celo predčasno smo lahko naredili chek in.
