Diese charmante Wohnung im ersten Stock ist traditionell eingerichtet, aber mit modernen Akzenten. Sie bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen. Der Wohnbereich mit offener Küche ist der ideale Ort, um sich nach einem Ski- oder Wandertag zu entspannen und mit Freunden oder der Familie zusammenzusitzen. Es gibt ein bequemes 3-Sitzer-Sofa und einen separaten Stuhl neben einer Glasschiebetür, die vom Wohnzimmer auf den großen, privaten Balkon führt. Der Balkon ist mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen ausgestattet, wo Sie in den Sommermonaten sitzen können. Im Haus gibt es eine hölzerne Frühstückstheke mit 4 Sitzplätzen neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Küche verfügt über ein Induktionskochfeld, einen Kühlschrank, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Kaffeemaschine, so dass Sie sich stressfrei selbst versorgen können. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist charaktervoll und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, ein eigenes Bad und ein ungewöhnliches Bogenfenster mit atemberaubendem Bergblick. Kinderschlafzimmer: Diese gemütliche kleine Hütte ist ideal für Kinder und hat 2 Etagenbetten. Badezimmer Das zum Schlafzimmer 1 gehörende Badezimmer im alpinen Stil ist klassisch weiß gefliest und verfügt über eine separate Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC. Für größere Gruppen stehen weitere Wohnungen in der Résidence Le Cristal zur Verfügung. Diese befinden sich im selben Teil von Le Cristal - ID2275, 2276 und 3157. Diese Wohnungen befinden sich ebenfalls in Le Cristal, aber auf einem anderen Korridor - ID3914, 3298, 3435, 3769, 2277, 2300, 5330, 5331, 5332, 5333 und 2272. Zusätzliche - Kein Wifi - Smart TV - Private Sauna - Balkon - Gemeinsamer Billardtisch - Rauchmelder - Skiabstellraum - Private Tiefgarage, aber Auto nicht notwendig - Haustiere erlaubt - Kinderfreundlich Lage Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum des Dorfes Argentière, nur wenige Gehminuten von den Liften des Skigebiets Les Grands Montets, den Skipisten und den Pendelbussen entfernt. Die Pisten um Argentière sind für fortgeschrittene und erfahrene Skifahrer geeignet. Auf einigen höher gelegenen Pisten kann man auch später in der Saison Skifahren, manchmal sogar bis Anfang Mai. Für jüngere Skifahrer bietet der Panda Club Skikurse und andere Aktivitäten an. Im Dorf gibt es einige ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geldbeutel. Alle Einrichtungen der Region Chamonix befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. In den Sommermonaten gibt es atemberaubende Bergpfade zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken, Wildwasser-Rafting, Golf, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen und Reiten. Für etwas mehr Entspannung gibt es das bekannte QC Termes Spa in Chamonix (10 Minuten Fahrt). Der Flughafen Genf ist 11/2 Autostunden von der Wohnung entfernt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zwischen Argentière und Chamonix, entweder mit dem Bus (22 Min.) oder mit dem Zug (18 Min.), dem Mont Blanc Express.

Clear instructions for self check-in in the PDF file sent ahead of the trip. The building is a bit complicated so it was not so easy to find the flat the first time without staff in the building. Lack of indicator on garage doors remote control, we had to try many times to figure out which button is for which gate. Flat was clean and exactly as described. It's located on the 1st floor so lack of privacy to enjoy the mountain view as it's right next to the parking lot. The air hole cover on the balcony door was broken so the cold air got in the flat a lot, we used the curtain to block the cold wind. The wall mounted heating seemed old but functioned pretty well. The small sauna room in the flat was excellent, it was a luxury to enjoy sauna in your own flat. It's thoughtful that the host left a bottle of wine and a pack of dish washing tools. Overall, it's a cozy flat for a chalet vibe weekend stay.

The flat is located in a very charming area of Chamonix. It is a bit far from the central village with all tourist attractions, but it is easily reachable by car. I assume this would be the best location for a winter stay as it has direct access to the ski lifts. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary items. It even had a sauna room inside the bathroom! Such a chic!

Location was ultimate, nested in centre of mountains, view from balcony was amazing and just opposite to the railway station( comfortable for people relying on public transport) and walkable distance from the famous bakery.
