Un appartamento tradizionale savoiardo con un tocco contemporaneo, una splendida vista sulle montagne e una sauna privata: la base perfetta per le avventure alpine. Questo affascinante appartamento al primo piano è arredato in modo tradizionale ma con tocchi moderni. Può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. La zona giorno, con cucina a vista, è lo spazio ideale per rilassarsi e stare con gli amici o la famiglia dopo una giornata di sci o di escursioni. C'è un comodo divano a 3 posti e una sedia separata accanto a una porta scorrevole in vetro che conduce dal soggiorno all'ampio balcone privato. Il balcone è dotato di un tavolo e due sedie, dove ci si può sedere nei mesi estivi. All'interno c'è un bar per la colazione in legno con 4 posti a sedere, accanto alla cucina ben attrezzata. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè a goccia, per un self-catering senza stress. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: la camera da letto principale è piena di carattere, con un letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato e un'insolita finestra ad arco con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Camera dei bambini: Questa accogliente casetta è perfetta per i bambini e dispone di 2 letti a castello. Bagno Il bagno in stile alpino, con piastrelle bianche classiche, è dotato di doccia separata, lavabo e WC. Per gruppi più numerosi sono disponibili altri appartamenti nel Résidence Le Cristal. Si trovano nella stessa parte di Le Cristal - ID2275, 2276 e 3157. Anche questi appartamenti si trovano a Le Cristal, ma su un corridoio diverso: ID3914, 3298, 3435, 3769, 2277, 2300, 5330, 5331, 5332, 5333 e 2272. Ulteriori - No wifi - Smart TV - Sauna privata - Balcone - Tavolo da biliardo in comune - Rilevatore di fumo - Deposito sci - Parcheggio sotterraneo privato, ma l'auto non è necessaria - Animali ammessi - Adatto ai bambini Posizione L'appartamento si trova nel centro del villaggio di Argentière, a pochi passi dagli impianti di risalita del comprensorio sciistico di Les Grands Montets, dalle piste da sci e dai bus navetta. Le piste intorno ad Argentière sono adatte a sciatori intermedi ed esperti. Alcune piste più alte offrono la possibilità di sciare più tardi nella stagione, a volte fino all'inizio di maggio. Per gli sciatori più giovani, il Panda Club offre lezioni di sci e altre attività. Il villaggio ospita alcuni eccellenti ristoranti e bar per tutte le tasche. Tutte le strutture della regione di Chamonix sono a portata di mano. Durante i mesi estivi, ci sono splendidi sentieri di montagna per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, rafting, golf, arrampicata, parapendio ed equitazione. Per qualcosa di più rilassante c'è il rinomato centro termale QC Termes a Chamonix (10 minuti in auto). L'aeroporto di Ginevra si trova a 11/2 ore di auto dall'appartamento. Ci sono servizi navetta gratuiti tra Argentière e Chamonix, sia in autobus (22 minuti) che in treno (18 minuti), con il Mont Blanc Express.

Superbe emplacement. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour un couple sans enfant. Balcon au top et vue exceptionnelle sur la station de ski des grands Montets. Logement calme. Je recommande à 100%.

Clear instructions for self check-in in the PDF file sent ahead of the trip. The building is a bit complicated so it was not so easy to find the flat the first time without staff in the building. Lack of indicator on garage doors remote control, we had to try many times to figure out which button is for which gate. Flat was clean and exactly as described. It's located on the 1st floor so lack of privacy to enjoy the mountain view as it's right next to the parking lot. The air hole cover on the balcony door was broken so the cold air got in the flat a lot, we used the curtain to block the cold wind. The wall mounted heating seemed old but functioned pretty well. The small sauna room in the flat was excellent, it was a luxury to enjoy sauna in your own flat. It's thoughtful that the host left a bottle of wine and a pack of dish washing tools. Overall, it's a cozy flat for a chalet vibe weekend stay.

The flat is located in a very charming area of Chamonix. It is a bit far from the central village with all tourist attractions, but it is easily reachable by car. I assume this would be the best location for a winter stay as it has direct access to the ski lifts. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary items. It even had a sauna room inside the bathroom! Such a chic!

Location was ultimate, nested in centre of mountains, view from balcony was amazing and just opposite to the railway station( comfortable for people relying on public transport) and walkable distance from the famous bakery.
